  • Amazing views... And so much more

"Our family of 6 stayed here for a three day weekend and didn't want to leave!!! To say the view is amazing is an understatement. The accommodations were lovely, there was plenty of room to roam around, comfy beds, well stocked towles, linens and kitchen gadgets etc. Sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs admiring the view was our favorite pass time. We wanted to relax and spend quality family time together and did just that. Anything you need or want is just a 10- 15 minute ride. We will spend time here again!"

  • Family Getaway

"The property was spacious enough for all 10 of us. You could hear the stream running down the mountain from the deck area. The road to the cabin was a bit tricky, however after we found it, we didn't have anymore issues."

  • Everything was perfect at License to Chill!!

"After looking at what seemed like hundreds of cabins on line, we finally chose License to Chill and hoped for the best! We got exactly what we hoped for! The cabin is EXACTLY as it is described on line. It was beautifully decorated and filled with all the amenities of home. Never having been to this area before, we thought we wanted to stay in Gatlinburg but were so glad we didn't. The cabin islocated off the Parkway at the southern end of Pigeon Forge -- convenient to Gatlinburg without all the traffic! There was a grocery store within a few miles, zip lining right down the street and easy access to all the main roads. The owners were wonderful to deal with, right from the very first inquiry -- to booking -- to providing information on the area -- and to responding to one small problem we had with the cabin. They take great pride in providing the best possible experience for their guests and they do. We didn't get a chance to go to the community swimming pool, but the development that the cabin is in is quiet and well maintained. It was my husband and I and our two teenager daughters and the layout of the cabin was perfect for us. I highly recommend License to Chill for your Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge vacation! You will not be disappointed."
