"We have stayed at this cabin again and again and are glad each time we return. It's just down the road form our son's farm (and grandkids!) but it is also just around the corner form a number of great Tennessee State parks--Savage Gulf, Stone door, Fiery Gizzard and more. When we take a break from grands, it's off to some great views, spring wildflowers (when we visited) and quiet time on the trail. Stone door has a handicapped accessible trail out to a view, which is gorgeous. Additional trails are quite challenging, I stayed off of them but mu husband enjoyed the additional trails immensely while I enjoyed the view."

"We were in Sewanee this past weekend for a family wedding and could have not found a better home to rent....the home is very clean and comfortable, the view is fantastic, we liked the deck and screened porch, the kitchen is very well equipped and the dining room and living room are spacious and our family enjoyed a fire in the fireplace. The water feature is beautiful and the setting is so nice and relaxing."

"Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Sewanee! We rented it for our daughter's wedding and it was perfect. Our family was very comfortable and the house is clean and well stocked. The décor made us feel right at home. Very comfy and cozy in a beautiful private setting!"

"Our Alaskan family rented this lovely, spacious home while preparing for and attending our daughter's wedding at the University of the South, just a convenient mile away. This place was beautiful, clean and fit our needs perfectly. The large well equipped kitchen was great for food storage and prep. There was a freezer available for the frozen fish we brought for the reception. The extra frig in the garage worked wonderfully for keeping the wedding flowers fresh and gave our family florist room to work with the flowers. The king bed made up into twins for the two young men and the couple with the baby had a roomy suite. We needed a high chair and our hostess located one for us. It was a quiet setting we all really appreciated after spending 3 days and nights in busy Chattanooga. Some of us spent some time exploring the nearby trails. We only wish we could have stayed another day or two to just relax."
