"We rented this great little cabin for our 9 day stay in the mountains. Wonderful location....quiet but close to all Gatlinburg activities! Very cozy and nicely decorated. The owners were wonderful to work with on the rental. I recommend this sweet cabin. Perfect for a couple."

"Went to this great cabin for a full week's vacation. This time of year the weather was a bit rainy, but it didn't make any difference to us. The cabin and hot tub were excellent. Downtown is very close, and not very busy this time of year which made shopping very easy. We hiked up to Rainbow Falls and drove the Cades Cove loop. Great times and you actually see more without the leaves on the trees. Easy to save some money by fixing breakfasts at "home" then eating while we were on the town. Best off, my son asked his girlfriend to marry him while we were at the top of Rainbow Falls. What a week to remember! One of the most relaxing vacations my family has had. Great location and great cabin. Thanks for the use and the memories. Definitely worth going back! Likely now with the "in-laws". Plenty of room for all of them to join us next year."

"We made the long drive up the mountain to stay at Heaven Sent, and it looked exactly as it did in the photos! The condo was very clean, and the door code (instead of a key) made it easy to open. Dish soap, dishwasher packets, and linens were all waiting. I only cooked one meal since we were out visiting the national park, but everything I needed was there. The air conditioning was welcome on our summer visit! We also used the sofa bed for our child, who slept well each night. My family enjoyed the pool area, and said it was also clean and comfortable.
The condo was quiet, even though there were many people in the area. We had no trouble with water temperature or pressure, and making reservations and check-out were quick and easy. This condo was close to Gatlinburg, but away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the town. By taking the bypass to the national park, we could avoid town and the traffic altogether.
As long as you don't mind the drive up the mountain, this condo is a great value for couples or a small family."

"My family stayed in this cabin for a week. The owners gave us a great military discount. It was very clean upon arrival. The view from the porch was great and we loved the hot tub. My kids loved having access to the pool and we bought a temporary fishing license and went fishing off of the docks on the lake. I was able to bring my dog with us too. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared numerous meals there. My kids loved the pool table in the loft and they even slept there since it had a TV. The owners were great about responding to our emails and questions. There were a few negatives. We had to contact the owners about where to take the trash. It would be great if that information was posted in the cabin. There was no wifi. I didn't realize this when we booked this cabin so our computer and phone usage was limited. We rented movies to watch, but never could get the DVD player in the living room to work. There was no TV in either bedroom and the lighting was very dim, but that's because there were light bulbs out in almost every room. During the middle of our stay, we noticed water dripping from the freezer into the fridge. The water from the ice maker was running into the fridge. There was a cracked toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. We notified and sent pictures of these issues to the owners so hopefully they will have them repaired before the next guests arrive. Another major negative of this cabin is the location. It is at least a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, longer if there is a lot of traffic. We always stay in Sevierville, but never in this part. We were just not used to having to drive so far to get to many attractions. Overall, we had a great stay and the price cannot be beat."
