  • Loved this home! The view from the lake is amazing from the balconies! Kitchen well supplied!

"The owner was a joy to work with in his quick responses! The home was so well equipped and the views of the lake were breathtaking from the balconies. The bunk room downstairs is ideal for children of all ages! Ping pong table, basketball net game, and even toys available for toddlers. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment for providing meals for large groups. Cell service was difficult at times but landline is available for use. Renting a pontoon boat and cruising Norris Lake was a highlight. Of course the weather was ideal all weekend which added to the enjoyment. Thank You, Bill, for the fond memories."

  • 2014 Vacation a Blast!

"Sundance was perfect for my family, we had 3 kids and 6 Adults. We had everything we needed and more. Having our boat delivered on the day we arrived was a bonus! Mark did a fantastic job making sure we were well informed on directions, house-lake location, and so much more. He had a wealth of information to offer us. Thank you! The house was settled in a private cove with very little boat traffic. Most of our time was spent right off the dock! Pros about the place-Location on the lake. According to one of the Marina's "Best part of the lake." I would have to agree, the water was amazing! I am a Montana girl and have seen many beautiful areas out West, but Norris Lake really impressed me!! Fishing for us was not good, but because the lake is very deep I am pretty sure you need to know the lake better than what we did. Thank you for helping us make our vacation perfect!"

  • Great vacation home

"This was our 3rd trip to Norris Lake and by far the cleanest, well maintained and furnished house we have stayed at. The owners are local so they really stay in touch with the property and it's maintenance. Everything in the previous reviews is 100% accurate. We had 4 families including our college aged children and there was plenty of space the location on the lake is perfect. You can go one direction on the lake for privacy and the other if you choose to be around other boaters."

  • Perfect Lake House for families with kids!

"This is the third straight year that we have rented this home. When we walked in the door this year, the house smelled so clean and everything was bright and shiny. Reminded me of why I like coming here. With 7 grandkids, ages 4-14, the house works well for the kids and meets all of our needs. With the kitchen and multiple eating areas, we have all of our meals here. We enjoy swimming off the dock which reduces the number of days we need to rent a boat. The cove is deep and private. Perfect!"
