  • New Year's at the lake

"Spent 4 nights at the lake house with friends and relatives (a group of 8). The view of the lake from the house was exceptional even though the lake level was low since it was winter time. Have to believe that the view would be fantastic in the summer months. The house had plenty of space and activities such as ping pong, darts and foosball as well as a good selection of board games. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cookware and appliances. Very private and quiet location. Spent some time visiting and hiking in Cove Lake State Park and Norris Dam State Park. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We look forward to returning for a future New Year's holiday gathering."

  • Jill

"Great house near lake norris! Very clean and we'll kept home. Boat slip was ideal. Cable box on main level TV would not power up. No problem as the other 2 TV'S had a cable boxs so it was easy enough to put one that worked on that TV. No cell or wifi was actually kind of refreshing! Charlie ' s pizza in town was delicious."

  • Amazing service

"Our family and friends stayed in the Big Dipper over the New Year holiday. It was an excellent gathering spot - spacious, comfortable, and clean. My daughter accidentally left her boots there, and John, the owner, mailed them back to us free of charge! He was super nice and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. Thank you again, John!"

  • Pure Fun 1 is Great!

"We stayed at Pure Fun for New Years and had a wonderful time. The house was very well stocked and had plenty of room for our large group. The main floor was a wonderful gathering space and very homey. I would love to come back in the summer in order to take advantage of the wonderful location on the lake! Andrea and Brian were great to work with as well!"
