  • Perfect Lake House for families with kids!

"This is the third straight year that we have rented this home. When we walked in the door this year, the house smelled so clean and everything was bright and shiny. Reminded me of why I like coming here. With 7 grandkids, ages 4-14, the house works well for the kids and meets all of our needs. With the kitchen and multiple eating areas, we have all of our meals here. We enjoy swimming off the dock which reduces the number of days we need to rent a boat. The cove is deep and private. Perfect!"

  • New Year's at the lake

"Spent 4 nights at the lake house with friends and relatives (a group of 8). The view of the lake from the house was exceptional even though the lake level was low since it was winter time. Have to believe that the view would be fantastic in the summer months. The house had plenty of space and activities such as ping pong, darts and foosball as well as a good selection of board games. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cookware and appliances. Very private and quiet location. Spent some time visiting and hiking in Cove Lake State Park and Norris Dam State Park. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We look forward to returning for a future New Year's holiday gathering."

  • Amazing Family Vacation

"We took our recent high school graduates and parents for a 3 generation family vacation in May of this year. This beautiful home could not have been more perfect! Fully equipped, comfortable, remarkably clean and well organized. The time spent together enjoying the multiple outside spaces was just what the doctor ordered. Plenty of water activities for the kids, and golf, swimming and relaxation for the adults. I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The entire area is lovely and this home made our stay so memorable. I would recommend the property to anyone planning a vacation in the Norris Lake area."

  • Family Fun on the Water

"This was our first time on a Lake Vacation and it couldn't have been better. As You Wish house had everything we could have asked for. There were 22 of us from age 15 to 92. The only difficulty was having 6 -7 adults in the bunk rooms with very little space for clothes, but we managed. The lake was amazing and every day a new adventure took place as the shoreline was explored. Yes the driveway was very steep and the morning "runners" found it very challenging to take their morning run."

Although you may not be familiar with La Follette, Tennessee, this city in Campbell County provides a lovely setting to enjoy the great outdoors. With mountains, trees, and a lake, La Follette has plenty to offer vacationers. Located north of Knoxville in Eastern Tennessee, La Follette is the birthplace of musician Howard (Louie Bluie) Armstrong. Today it is known for its old-fashioned small town charm and charisma. The beautiful Cumberland Mountains are a backdrop for the town, while Norris Lake boasts a wide variety of La Follette lake homes and cabins.

Enjoying La Follette Activities

If you are into golfing, while in La Follette make sure to check out the Greens at Deerfield—an 18-hole championship golf course located on near La Follette lake homes. There you will find luxurious, well-kept greens. Enjoy lunch at Deerfield Restaurant with breathtaking views of Norris Lake. If you want a more casual dining environment, try Royal Lunch on Tennessee Avenue or Valley Pizza on Myers Lane.
