"Cutting Corners is an excellent cabin to stay in while visiting the smoky mountains. When you walk into the cabin, you will be amazed at how spacious and clean the cabin is as well as tastefully decorated. My family and I are very picky, lol and this cabin met all of our expectations and standards! This cabin was super clean which is a plus and had nice high end furniture and the spiral stair case was beautiful. I like that the cabin was easy to get to and you did not have to drive up steep mountain roads to get to it. It was tucked away in the mountains but yet only a short 5 to 10 minute drive to the main strip (Parkway) in Pigeon Forge. The pool at the resort was very fun for the kids as well. The cabin had amazing views and the beds were very comfy. All the rooms had flat screen TV's with cable and the wifi was pretty fast. The only thing I would suggest would be to have more trash cans in the actual bedrooms and not just in the bathrooms. This wasn't a big deal and we just used plastic bags to collect our trash. Vickie is very nice and great to work with. She responds to emails very quickly. Overall cutting corners made our trip very memorable and I would highly recommend that people check this cabin out. You will not be disappointed! My family can't wait to come back and visit again!"Guest: Steph381 Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 15, 2014View listing
"We could not have been happier with this cabin! Beds were super comfortable!! We loved watching the fireworks at Dollywood every night on the back porch. Beautiful inside and out close to all the attractions, but far enough away to feel secluded! We hope to visit this cabin again! Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful cabin with us!! "This cabin was perfect! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cookie sheets, muffin tins... The beds were super comfortable, the mattresses were great! The views from the porch were stunning and the hot tub was a welcome amenity after a full day at Dollywood. There was plenty of space and we never felt cramped, even with ten in our party. My 6 year old great nephew kept walking around saying "this is awesome" and that's exactly how I felt. I can't wait to stay again!!"Guest: Bev D.
