  • Wondeful well-maintained place with Ocoee River just outside front door.

"Brought my 88 year old father back to his hometown of Benton, Tennessee. We arrived just after 4PM after a 10 hour drive and the place was all set up and clean. The place was beautiful and peaceful. It was nice to be able to settle in and just relax after the trip. Met Kevin the next day and settled up on the cabin fee which in my opinion was worth every penny. My father told me as we were leaving, it was the nicest trip he had ever been on. We were able to visit with family we had not seen in years. We ate great food prepared at the cabin, as it was well supplied with cooking pots, pans and utensils. The facilities and area was well kept and beautiful. We look forward to coming back in the future. We spent hours on the porch overlooking the river talking and laughing. This place should be listed in the dictionary under the word relaxation. Yes, that is how we all felt, really relaxed, except for my snoring as I was told."

  • Cozy and Personal

"My husband, 8 year old daughter, and myself visited Pigeon Forge recently. This cabin was beautiful and the perfect place to stay. It is only a mile from the hustle and bustle. This cabin is in the valley between two mountains. However, it is NOT totally secluded as the picture looks. There are several cabins just a stone's throw to the left and right. It was VERY clean and the king sized beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots, and cooking utensils. The back porch is amazing with the hot tub and a little table and chairs and the mountain stream. There were very few "cons". The alarm clocks looked very inexpensive and were broken. The furniture (sofa and at least one of the chairs) could use updating. There is no coffee table or side table to place drinks/remote on when in front of TV. Remember your soap, shampoo, toothbrush, shaving cream, washing detergent, etc. as this is not a hotel! We have Verizon cell service and could not get a signal (this could be good or bad). There is no wireless service that I know of at this cabin. The two cabins on either side do have wireless. There were posted signs that said, "Call ___ for maintenance or call ____ for towels." Although we didn't need to, we couldn't with no service. You couldn't book activities online either. We had to go into Pigeon Forge to get service in order to book. Overall, I really enjoyed the cabin and the location."

  • Amazing Weekend Getaway

"My family and I celebrated the New Year and a birthday in this beautiful peaceful cabin. We truly enjoyed all of the bears and hoped to see some real ones. The rocking chairs on the front porch, the hot tub outside and Jacuzzi tub in each room, the theater room, the pool table and the barbecue grill added to the fun memories of our special visit. There was never a dull moment and we look forward to visiting again in the near future. We thank Margaret for her attentiveness and step-by-step directions that left no questions and we strongly recommend this cabin for other families."

  • Outstanding Vacation Home!

"We stayed at this lovely home over Fourth of July 2014. No surprises, it was just as advertised. We enjoyed every aspect of it. I liked the fact it was out of town, and no traffic to get back and forth into Gatlinburg.. as the other roads leading out of town were quite crowded all weekend. Well worth a return visit! Laura, thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home."
