  • Perfectly Peaceful Cabin

"After looking over many cabins in the Townsend area, we finally settled on Trinity's Hideaway, and we are so glad we did! My husband and I enjoy both hiking and golf, and this was the perfect location for both! We had excellent hikes in the Cade's Cove area, but were also in decent driving distances to other areas of the park, so we were also able to explore Clingman's Dome, Cherokee, and the Roaring Fork Nature Trail near Gatlinburg. After hiking in the morning, we would often golf in the late afternoon or evening at the Laurel Valley Golf Course where this cabin is located. Beautiful views and a great course for both men and women. We also swam in the beautiful pool that is part of the golf course. Then after an active day, we could soak in the hot tub back at our cabin. The food at Miss Lilly's was divine, but we also enjoyed cooking in at our cabin's well equipped kitchen. Although other cabin's are close by, it is very private and peaceful in this cabin."

  • Sweet little cabin

"I came to Townsend to finally see and hike Cades Coves, and part of the AT trail. I wanted something simple, clean, comfortable and close to the Park. It was perfect for me. The front porch is nice. Spent mornings there with coffee. You can hear the traffic from the main road once the day get's busy. But it did not bother me, as I was gone for most of the day. Nights were quiet and peaceful. I used the wood burning fire place every night. The furnishings are comfortable and simple. If you are looking for elegance, this is not for you. It is truly a simple and lovely little log cabin. I cooked every morning and evening, and was happy and content. It is very close to all Parks. And groceries, gas, restaurants, and a bit of antiquing is near. It now has wifi. I never used it. Or turned on the TV. To much nature to enjoy from the front porch. I hope to return to this little piece of heaven."

  • Introducing our friends to this hideaway!

"When we arrived on Halloween night, it didn't take long to settle in and begin enjoying our weekend with our friends. The forecast of snow made it even more exciting. And although we only got a dusting of snow, it made a picture perfect backdrop to our weekend. The restaurant we visited on Friday night was the Trail Head Steak and Trout Restaurant. The food and service was absolutely fantastic! I'd definitely recommend it. Saturday afternoon, was spent visiting the quaint shops in Townsend and the evening was spent grilling steaks on the grill and watching the Tennessee Vols beat the South Carolina Gamecocks in a thriller! Sunday morning brought the sunshine, displaying the beautiful fall colors that surround the lodge. We're already planning our next visit to this picturesque getaway! The accommodations were wonderful. The layout of the lodge gave both couples complete privacy and plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, the thermostat was easy to adjust to our comfort and the gas fireplaces made it even more cozy. I'd recommend this chateau in a heartbeat."

  • Beautiful view, helpful hosts, convenient location

"The best of all worlds; this cozy cabin has outstanding views of the mountains and feels secluded, but in fact you are a short 10 minute drive to "town" where you can get everything you need. Owners were very friendly, and helped us everything we asked. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!"
