  • Second Visit!

"This was our second stay at "Family Memories." We traveled with two children and a maltipoo. The house was perfect for us! We loved the back yard. The house was very convenient to the national park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We are already planning our next visit."

  • Great cabin!

"This cabin was perfect for our short stay in the Smokies. We had a group of 8 adults and we were all well accommodated. The cabin was clean and well kept, and the view, game room, and hot tub made it very enjoyable. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and the cabin was very accessible and in perfect driving distance for our activities in both Pigeon Forge and the park. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future visits!"

  • 4.5 stars

"Exactly as shown in the photos. This cabin lived up to reviews, very clean and beautiful. Tastefully decorated with nice furnishings. There are other cabins close by but you still have good privacy. The deck is awesome with several rocking chairs. This is the place for you if you want to in a quiet place but still close enough to grocery stores and restaurants. Beds are very firm but are ok. Pool is just right for relaxing and soaking. 2 full and 2 half baths spread out on each level. Game room is addicting. Here is what to bring: pillows ice for drinks pans and extra utensils if you plan to do much cooking the grill is the main reason I have for not giving 5 stars. We planned to grill several meals and brought everything we needed for charcoal cooking but the grill has seen better days. The pan which holds the charcoal is shot with large gaps which allows the charcoal to fall through to the ash pan. I solved the problem by buying some throw away foil pans but it's only a stop-gap fix. I know you can't justify an expensive grill for this setting but cheap ones do require more frequent replacing. Overall great value for my vacation dollars, would go back and recommend it to anybody. You won't be sorry you picked this cabin."
