"This apartment was perfect in every way: quality furnishings, tasteful decor, stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 sets of dinner ware, flatware, cooking utensils, storage containers, mop, vacuum, linen, towels... you get the picture. Utilities included too. All I had to do was unpack my clothes. The neighborhood is quiet. Pets are allowed. It has been a pleasure staying in Clarksville's historic district. The property has some modern upgrades but has not lost its historic charm... beautiful staircases, high ceilings and some gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows in the common areas. There is even a lovely art gallery in the basement common area. The manager has done a wonderful job making the complex feel like it's own little neighborhood. There are socials in the game room (e-vites sent to all residents). A beautiful pool, barbecue grills, dog walk, kids play area and benches under shade trees in the fenced in property areas. The building is very secure also. My corporate apartment has the entrance through the main hall but also had a private entrance off the side street. This is a quiet low traffic area with tree lines sidewalks... beautiful. The apartment even has its own private deck. I've been here three months and don't want to leave :-) I will be sad to leave this charming city when my contract is up. And last but not leat, let's not forget... just a few blocks from Austin Peay University!"

"Spacious home, and we loved the décor. House was clean and ready upon arrival. Tina was very quick in her email response & helped us prepare for our visit. Bonfire was wonderful with the cooler weather we had. We did have one embarrassing issue, due to no locks on the bathroom doors. Other than that, we highly recommend."

"There are 5 of us girls who get together each summer for a trip. This year we decided we wanted to go to Nashville, but when I started looking at hotel rates, I knew that would cut into our budget for other things we would want to do. I decided to look at VRBO and found this condo. Oh my goodness, it was PERFECT for us. It was very easy to get to from the interstate. The first night we were there, we walked to the restaurant we had chosen for that night. After that we would get a taxi to take us to Broadway and when we were ready to come home we discovered the "Joy Rides", which was young people on golf carts who would take us back to the condo later in the evening. Their pay is whatever you tip them. There is so much to do in and around Nashville. We went to the Country Music Hall of Fame, Studio B, the Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, the Hermitage, Johnny Cash Museum, and shopping at Opry Mills Mall. This condo was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and having two bathrooms for 5 women was wonderful! There is a washer and dryer and that really came in handy. Jeannie, the property manager was so helpful with ideas on where to eat and what to see. BTW, we are all over 60 and several of the places offer senior discounts!!! I will be recommending this to friends and plan to go back myself."
