"The house was great for my husband and me and 4 daughters and 2 sons in law. The kitchen and living rooms were spacious for all of us. I especially loved the master bedroom and bathroom and the porch. We watched the storms come in and listened to the wildlife and watched the hummingbirds and moths.
The owner Mike is very easy to work with. I have already recommended this home to others. And we are considering returning next year."

"We were looking for a weekend get away and found "Little Bit of Heaven". The views are amazing. We stayed in the cabin and could sit on the deck the entire time. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and birds. We appreciated the fact that we could bring our aging pup with us. She loved being able to walk out to the deck and nap in the sun. We slept with the windows open both nights. It was perfect to wake up the the beautiful views every morning! We did explore Burgess Falls. We ate at the Cookeville Boat Dock. Great people, good food and excellent pie! A perfect place to relax in the trees with a view! Thank you Amy for sharing your place with us! We will be back."

"Having a creek run through the front yard is awesome. We put chairs (bring your own foldout chairs!) in the creek and talked for hours. Better than the beach because you're in the shade w spots of sunlight if you want a toasty time. There's a rock beach near the entrance to the property that's nice and sunny.
Don't take your sandals or sneakers to the cave. Do take flashlights (real ones; not your iPhone) and rain boots if you want to explore far because the ground gets delightfully muddy. But the cool temp feels great.
A dog comes w the property. She's harmless and friendly and a hit w the kids. But you can locate her purely by following her smell.
Our kids want to come back. They had a blast. The adults had fun too, but we're unsettled by a poisonous snake seen the last day in the creek. But take heart: other guests reported seeing the snake, yet no one reported being bitten.
Also, for grocery needs, there's a SuperWalmart 4 miles away. Ask Suri about it."
