  • PERFECTION!!

"My husband and I took a weekend getaway to Nashville for our 1 year wedding anniversary. This condo was absolutely PERFECT! The location is truly in the heart of downtown--we parked our car in the garage when we arrived and didn't go back until our departure! Nashville even has an awesome, FREE bus line that can transport you to places a bit too far to walk. We used the buses to visit the Gulch--a very urban, recently restored area..recommend! Patti, the owner, always replied to my emails in a very timely fashion, which we really appreciated! The condo itself is beautiful--we loved the exposed brick and loft layout. Our deposit was refunded the Monday after our weekend trip--something else we greatly appreciated!!! All in all, if you're wanting to experience Downtown Nashville, there's really no better place to stay than this condo. Oh, and I must recommend that everyone do the Segways of Nashville tour--SO FUN!!! Definitely the highlight of our Nashville adventure! Oh, AND, Nashville has bikes that you can rent for super cheap--we rented two on Sunday morning and rode over to/across the pedestrian bridge. I could rave for days :) If anyone wants to see some of our pictures from the trip, check out or #Nashversary hashtag on Instagram! Great times. Thanks again, Patti!"

  • Great place!

"My husband and I and our dog stayed at the Carriage House while looking for property in the area. The central location was perfect for our drive in many directions. We loved the walking trails as an option. The place is roomy and well supplied with anything needed for our stay. The only negative at all is the shower is a little small. But a great shower head and hot water made up for it. This will be our place to stay for any return trips."

  • Great value, clean, well-equipped condo

"We stayed in this condo for a long weekend with another couple. As other reviewers have stated, the condo is in a modest area and building but is very nicely equipped with a lovely view of the Cumberland river. The condo neighbors were pleasant and the area felt very safe. The landlord communicated well and was very pleasant to work with. Highlights from our trip were the Ryman, Johnny Cash museum, Liepert's Fork, Percy Warner Park, Edley's BBQ, Loveless Cafe, Miss Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant, and Franklin."

  • My Nashville home for 4 nights.

"My wife & I stayed at this Wyndam Resort for a mini vacation. It was everything as described in the listing. The room is very nice, very clean, and very roomy. Laura was most accommodating. She did everything she said she would. There were no surprises with fees nor room conditions. The location was wonderful. With a good arm you can throw a rock to the Grand Old Opry, Bass Pro Shop, & The Opryland Hotel. If honky tonky on Broadway or the Country Music Hall of Fame is your desire, Downtown Tours will take you and bring you back for $10 per person round trip. Also Monarch Transportation will drive you. You can make reservation with concierge's for them. If you wish to get around in your car, everything is easy to get to. Good steaks can be found close by at John A's. Joe (the owner) is a local and he's a wealth of information. Also within a rock's throw is the Nashville Palace. This is where Randy Travis got his start while washing dishes. They have live music every day starting around 2PM until way pass bedtime. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone wishing to visit Nashville for business or pleasure."
