"We used the apartment as a base for our 8 day visit to Nashville as our son was starting at Belmont University. The apartment was perfect - tastefully furnished and very cosy. The location was excellent, a nice quiet street close to both university campuses and within a short walk of some lovely restaurants in the Hillsboro area. You are also only a 10-15 minute drive away from downtown Nashville. We will certainly use the apartment again."

"We loved this house and enjoyed our stay. If you don't mind the drive into Nashville (25-30 minutes) this is a great place to stay. It had two bedrooms and the livingroom couch pulled out into a bed. A river runs behind the house if you are a fising enthusiast. It was very quite and relaxing after going into Nashville for the day and seeing all of the sights. We would definately recommend this house as a place to stay and would stay here again too."

"We had such a great and relaxing time at this lovely cottage in East Nashville. The cottage was bright and clean. It is probably the first VRBO/HomeAway that we have not had to spend time cleaning before we unpacked. The pool right next to the cottage is amazing. We took relaxing swims first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. It was so nice. The grounds are very nice too.
Vida was very helpful the couple of times we needed her assistance.
East Nashville has quite a few options as far as dining, drinking and coffee (not a lot). We found several things to do there. We spent most of our time downtown, though, which is a very long walk. Otherwise you need a car or Uber.

"Staying in this precious home absolutely MADE our trip to Nashville! It is such a clean and well kept property with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The boys were excited to find the Xbox! And the adults just enjoyed the relaxation away from the big city atmosphere.
Scott and Kim are so accommodating and beyond easy to communicate with! At the last minute, they approved a request that WE should have made at booking.
The kitchen is well appointed, there were lots of linens/towels and more than ample space for everyone's belongings. We felt at home from the minute we entered the doorway. In fact, my kids didn't want to leave and asked if we could buy the house! So, Scott and Kim, if ever you entertain the notion of selling, look no further! The Morgan's are ready to make the move to Nashville!
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We will definitely be back!"
