  • Perfect Honeymoon Location!

    Chase A.

"My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better location for our honeymoon. Mr. Nate and I had several talks that we both enjoyed. He had plenty of stories to share. While we were there, we visited several different attractions such as Grand Ole Opry, Bluebird Cafe, and the Hermitage. Everything was within reasonable distance from cabin. It's obvious that the Powell's put a lot of time and effort into their property. We felt as if we were part of the family from the time we arrived. Honestly we hated to leave. I can't wait to get back and visit with my new friends again. Uncle Pete's Cabin was definitely the right choice for us! I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to relax and unwind in the peace and quiet."

  • Charming

    Elizabeth L.

"The Brigadoon cottage was charming and mostly as expected. It was a little creepy to have the cleaning crew camped out in their car for an hour or so before checkout "watching us." AT 11:00 as we were getting in the car they swooped in almost blocking the way as we were leaving. For the price we paid, it seemed a little silly."

  • Great Stay

    Doreen K.

"My husband, myself and another couple stayed here back in May for a week and we had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable for four people. Even though it is not located downtown, it was only a 10-15 minute drive into town and we found parking for $10/day so it worked out quite well for us. We walked to the Food Lion when we needed groceries and to the Waffle House/Cracker Barrel when we did not feel like eating breakfast at home. I loved the artwork in the house. My son plays guitar and I know he would love the art as well. There were a couple of minor issues (the floor in the kitchen area would "pop" when you walked on it) and the bedroom our friends were in had a very low ceiling fan, which made them nervous. Like I said, these were minor issues and did not interfere at all with our stay. We loved the house and the location and had an awesome time in Nashville! The owner was incredibly nice to deal with as well. There was an issue with the television in the second bedroom. I emailed to let him know and he sent the property manager out to fix it. Again, we loved Nashville and the house and maybe one day, we will get back there again."
