"I rented this for my sister's "bachelorette party". It was perfect for relaxing with great food and friends. We stayed on the water most of the day. The secluded waterway was perfect for relaxing on a float in the water. The walk to the dock is a little steep, but not horrible. We were able to get a large cooler down with a little bit of extra effort. The rooms were very nice, and the bunk beds are super fun. We decided to have a slumber party with all six of us in there the last two nights. One problem we had was getting out of the water onto the dock, but were able to utilize the jet ski ramps. It was a fun weekend, and I highly recommend the TN Tahoe to anyone that wants to have a fun, relaxed weekend. Don't forget your chairs for laying out if you want to sun on the top deck though!"

"Our family loved this place. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. Such a treat to have dinner out on the deck at night. The property is peaceful and the view picturesque. I hope to be back next year for a repeat. DP"

"We stayed at this condo Thursday through Sunday for a football game. Everything in the condo was clean and ready for our stay. There was four of us staying and we all slept well. There was an air mattress in the closet that we didn't see til Sunday morning, but the guys on the couch slept well enough just putting blankets down on the pull-out.
The location of the condo can't be beat. The place is reasonably close to everything. Midtown and Demonbreun Street have a lot of restaurants and bars to visit. Downtown is not far off either, we walked it, but it's an inexpensive cab ride at any rate. Vanderbilt Stadium was also within walking distance.
The price of the condo is it's best selling point. We knew other people that came into town and stayed in the hotels in the same area and were all paying $200+ for their hotel rooms.
This is a really great place to stay if you want a nice, reasonably priced place to stay right in the thick of the Nashville action."
