"I hate to share such a wonderful secret because it may make it harder to book a stay next time, but honestly, this place is great! Stayed for 3rd time and it has been a pleasure each time. The views of Kentucky Lake/TN River are just amazing! Sitting on the deck watching the sun rise on one side while the sunsets are even more beautiful on the other. And the house is gorgeous and well-laid out inside. Very comfortable. We travel 70 miles by river and park our boat in the slip provided, then venture out to the marinas and bars like Fat Daddy's, Pirates Cove, Pebble Isle, and others during the day for great entertainment and food. It's also great to grill and hang out on the deck over the water in the evenings for a little R&R. It is one of the best times I have each year on the water!"

"The owners of this location thought about every detail. This is a very clean, beautifully decorated property. The horses are friendly, and my girls brought apples and carrots to feed them. It was quiet at night with the only 'noise' being the air conditioner... and that really wasn't a bother. We were on our way to Florida and this was found as a halfway point. Dan even pointed us in the direction of a tack shop as we were looking for some new tack. We will strongly consider using this cottage again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to be at the end of the street with only one neighbor. The kitchen is well equipped and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and free WiFi. We also enjoyed the fire pit and convenient local to the marina. It was also nice being able to bring our dogs, that usually have to stay behind as most rentals are not pet friendly. There were no negatives or unexpected issues."
