"My daughters and I stayed here for a birthday weekend. I have been here before and wanted to share it with them. When we walked in the girls all reacted the same way-- with eews and ahhs, they loved it. It was near everything that we wanted to do for the weekend. Jackson falls, Arrington vineyards, puckets, liepers fork.
We love the owners, very nice and accomadating. I'm sure we will be back."

"This apartment was perfect in every way: quality furnishings, tasteful decor, stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 sets of dinner ware, flatware, cooking utensils, storage containers, mop, vacuum, linen, towels... you get the picture. Utilities included too. All I had to do was unpack my clothes. The neighborhood is quiet. Pets are allowed. It has been a pleasure staying in Clarksville's historic district. The property has some modern upgrades but has not lost its historic charm... beautiful staircases, high ceilings and some gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows in the common areas. There is even a lovely art gallery in the basement common area. The manager has done a wonderful job making the complex feel like it's own little neighborhood. There are socials in the game room (e-vites sent to all residents). A beautiful pool, barbecue grills, dog walk, kids play area and benches under shade trees in the fenced in property areas. The building is very secure also. My corporate apartment has the entrance through the main hall but also had a private entrance off the side street. This is a quiet low traffic area with tree lines sidewalks... beautiful. The apartment even has its own private deck. I've been here three months and don't want to leave :-) I will be sad to leave this charming city when my contract is up. And last but not leat, let's not forget... just a few blocks from Austin Peay University!"

"We loved this house and enjoyed our stay. If you don't mind the drive into Nashville (25-30 minutes) this is a great place to stay. It had two bedrooms and the livingroom couch pulled out into a bed. A river runs behind the house if you are a fising enthusiast. It was very quite and relaxing after going into Nashville for the day and seeing all of the sights. We would definately recommend this house as a place to stay and would stay here again too."

"Everything you need, quiet and comfortable. Great location as a base to explore Nashville, easy to get to Broadway, Music Row, the Gulch - too many places and too little time. Thanks, Doug! Hope to return."
