"Hi Tim & Diane,
Sorry it's taken so long to get back, but I'm just getting caught up.
Our family had an absolutely wonderful week in your beautiful home! Larry did a great job working with us and even brought wood that we used in the fireplace to add to the Christmas ambiance. The kids didn't mind that the play station and TV didn't work as they all had their own electronic devices to keep them occupied. They did, however, use the chess table in the game room quite regularly.
We took several walks downtown and my daughter even found a beautiful China dinner set from one of the local antique shops that she couldn't live without. We made one trip to Nashville, a trip to the Shaker Village and a visit to the National Corvette museum.
Each family was responsible for preparing a meal and the kitchen and dining area were both more than adequate and accommodating. The Chinese restaurant in town did a great job providing our traditional Christmas Eve dinner.
The home was beautifully decorated for the holiday season and overall it was an exceptional experience for everyone. We took a million pictures and everyone will have fond memories of Christmas in that old historical house in Kentucky!
Thanks a bunch!
Wilk and Sharon"

"The condo is very clean, has everything you think you would need in terms of pantry, cookware, and little extras like fans and board games. Owner is very friendly, easily reachable, and very knowledgeable about Nashville. You need to rent a car if you're staying here as cab fare to downtown area can be a little costly.
Our group was 2 couples in our mid twenties visiting for a convention and sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again."

"I had the pleasure of spending 5 days at Old Hickory and this this 2 bedroom condo was the bee's knees.
I wanted for nothing at this quiet and relaxing retreat on the lake. Fresh coffee in the morning, shaved ice for margaritas at happy hour, a pool and a view, and beautifully decorated.....
The washer and dryer makes packing and pool time a breeze with wet towels and dirt clothes. No need to come home with dirty laundry. Two full baths, large kitchen, spacious bedrooms....so much nicer than squeezing into a hotel.
Right outside of Nashville proper, this location gave us direct access to seek out shopping in Jackson, explore the beauty of Cheekwood Gardens, Belle Meade Plantation, Opryland, historic Old Hickory, and the Hermitage right down the road.
Restauranting was delicious! Try Pucket's in Jackson (bbq shrimp and grits), Bakersfield in downtown Nashville has incredible tacos, Monel's for lunch in Germantown is a unique family affair, and Sam's is located right in your backyard at Pirate's Cove Marina.
So much to do and see, it was wonderful to have a great space to come back to after a busy day.
Can't wait to do it again."
