"Wonderful hosts, Ginger and Eddie, made us feel welcome! Facilities were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the kayak and our time on the lake. I felt like a kid, finding a rope swing on the banks of the lake. We also enjoyed ending each day with a dip in the hot tub. Our experience exceeded out expectations. We look forward to coming back to Tennessee."

"The condo is PERFECT location, directly on music row. RCA studios is 2 blocks away. It was fun seeing all the studios so close and restaurants like Hatti Bs hot chicken and a couple of bars within walking distance. Uber cabs were 6 bucks downtown.
The condo itself was so comfortable, plenty of room ESP a nice bathroom and clean!! Safe building and neighbors were all nice. And the pool is such a bonus. Christina provided an air mattress, hair dryer, coffee, travel guides, towels, extra Toliet paper and even disposable razors. All the blankets and sheets were super comfortable too. Her place has the Nashville feel with a guitar on the wall and a keyboard in the bedroom. We loved the Sprocket bike tour suggestion by Christina and had a blast!!! Probably the most fun all weekend was starting off our trip with sprocket!!
Thanks to Christina for providing such a comfortable and cool place to stay!! We will definitely be back if she continues to rent!!"

Exceptional Location, Accommodations and Amenities
"From the moment we stepped into this condo, saw the welcome bottle of red wine and the beautiful decor, we knew we had made a great choice! Becky was very kind and accommodating, a wonderful host! The property has a huge pool which is in keeping with the Music City ;)! We were fortunate in that the pool was open when we arrived and the weather cooperated most of the time we were there. We loved the history of the place, the proximity to all the recording studios and beautiful surroundings as well as the great walks back and forth to the downtown area. You can walk to the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame and all the music venues downtown, or just relax by the pool. With our car, we were able to park under the building (ground level) and drive to Percy Warner Park for an amazing hike, complete with a beautiful barn owl who posed for us! We also took a gander at the Loveless Hotel in the same area. What a great tourist destination. The beds are comfortable, the rain shower is incredible, the jacuzzi looked great although we didn't have the time to use it, and you are able to cook small meals, make coffee and use the refrigerator. We also loved the proximity to about 8 different places to eat, drink and relax in, that were 5 minutes from the condo. We found the condo quiet as well. All in all, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you Becky and Aaron!"

"My husband and I were looking for a change of scene, to celebrate our 43rd anniversary, and include our daughter and her family, with two young children. We picked this home literally because on driving time from Louisville KY, where they live, and the number of bedrooms (4). We were not disappointed in ANY aspect of our stay.
It was our first VRBO rental, and we would definitely use them again. Everything was smooth and well organized, something busy people will appreciate.
Dan, was exceptional, very personable, gave good advice on the area, took the younger ones out for a boat trip.
The house is well appointed, tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings.
We enjoyed the hot tub, and roasting marshmallows.
We had our anniversary lunch at the Gondola House, don't miss it, an excellent choice.
The closest supermarket is Publix, we did quite a bit of cooking.
Lots of good outlet shopping at a nearby Mall.
Our 4 year old grand daughter is already talking about "when we go to the lake house next summer".
The only thing I would have done different is go the third week in August to catch what seems like a great Country Fair in Mt Juliet, if you like that sort of thing.
By the way, the home theatre system was great, the men enjoyed it, and they babysat the girls who played at tea parties in the sun room next to them."
