"The beauty of this home, its convenience to everything and the owners, Jack and Lee made our vacation to Nashville very memorable. In between our entertaining trips to Nashville, we spent a lot of time on the lovely screened in porch, even though the weather was hot, it was pleasant there with the giant ceiling fan over us. Doing business with an independent couple as Jack and Lee are, was such a pleasure. They answered every question I had in a timely manner in person, not just e-mail. You just don't find that in the corporate world. In addition to that, the home is lovely and everything you need is provided. Plenty of room for 5 people. Also the location is wonderful with easy access to so many different venues. This home and this couple deserve the Excellent 5 star rating I am giving it."

"We had such a great and relaxing time at this lovely cottage in East Nashville. The cottage was bright and clean. It is probably the first VRBO/HomeAway that we have not had to spend time cleaning before we unpacked. The pool right next to the cottage is amazing. We took relaxing swims first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. It was so nice. The grounds are very nice too.
Vida was very helpful the couple of times we needed her assistance.
East Nashville has quite a few options as far as dining, drinking and coffee (not a lot). We found several things to do there. We spent most of our time downtown, though, which is a very long walk. Otherwise you need a car or Uber.

"My daughters and I stayed here for a birthday weekend. I have been here before and wanted to share it with them. When we walked in the girls all reacted the same way-- with eews and ahhs, they loved it. It was near everything that we wanted to do for the weekend. Jackson falls, Arrington vineyards, puckets, liepers fork.
We love the owners, very nice and accomadating. I'm sure we will be back."

"We love staying in Leiper's Fork and have been doing so for a few years. We always look for ecclectic and unusual places to stay. The area is so full of history and natural beauty and we love open mic night at Puckett's Grocery. We have never been disappointed in the places we have stayed and we were very pleased this time also. The cabin was rustic, clean and very homey. The cabin had everything we needed and the owners were very helpful and friendly. The setting with the river and friendly horses was just beautiful and we enjoyed our few days there and we can't wait to stay there again."
