  • Wonderfully Relaxing Week at Old Hickory

"I had the pleasure of spending 5 days at Old Hickory and this this 2 bedroom condo was the bee's knees. I wanted for nothing at this quiet and relaxing retreat on the lake. Fresh coffee in the morning, shaved ice for margaritas at happy hour, a pool and a view, and beautifully decorated..... The washer and dryer makes packing and pool time a breeze with wet towels and dirt clothes. No need to come home with dirty laundry. Two full baths, large kitchen, spacious bedrooms....so much nicer than squeezing into a hotel. Right outside of Nashville proper, this location gave us direct access to seek out shopping in Jackson, explore the beauty of Cheekwood Gardens, Belle Meade Plantation, Opryland, historic Old Hickory, and the Hermitage right down the road. Restauranting was delicious! Try Pucket's in Jackson (bbq shrimp and grits), Bakersfield in downtown Nashville has incredible tacos, Monel's for lunch in Germantown is a unique family affair, and Sam's is located right in your backyard at Pirate's Cove Marina. So much to do and see, it was wonderful to have a great space to come back to after a busy day. Can't wait to do it again."

  • NASHVILLE GIRLS TRIP

"The condo was perfect for our girls trip to Nashville. There were six of us and it worked out very well for all of us. One thing, the two bathrooms are in the 2 bedrooms and that was a little inconvenient for some of the girls because the 3rd bedroom does not have a bathroom. Otherwise it was great to hang out, there was plenty of room. It is not very far to downtown Broadway, (.6 mile) we did walk it once but we did end up renting a car because it was easier for us to get around town to see more things. Great time!"

  • Lovely Home

"My Book Club stayed at this property for our yearly getaway in Nashville. We found both Jack and Lee wonderful to work with. They sent us many helpful ideas about what to see and do in and around Nashville. Their home was welcoming and felt like our home away from home. We would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Nashville."

  • Fabulous Moonshine Hill

"This was our first trip to TN. We spent some time in the city but wanted to see the "real" Tennessee. We could not have selected a better place to stay. Moonshine Hill exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated with pure country charm and has every creature comfort you can think of. Ann Johnson truly cares for her guests. We absolutely loved it and have already recommended it to friends and relatives! Thanks, Ann!"

The Area around Tims Ford Lake Cabins

A Tennessee vacation would be incomplete without a stay in Tims Ford Lake cabins. The area is as rich in history as it is in beauty. The American Indians and their ancestors (up to 10,000 years ago) used the land for hunting and fishing and many of their favorite spots are located quite close to most Tims Ford Lake rentals. To this day, there is excellent bass fishing as well as other recreational lake activities to enjoy during your stay.

Plenty to Do on a Tennessee Vacation

No matter where your Tims Ford Lake rentals are located, you will be able to easily access Tims Ford State Park, which is located right on the reservoir and boasts rolling hills and simple beauty. The park is ideal for a day spent lazing about with friends and family as well as for the perfect picnic. In fact, your Tennessee vacation would not be the same without a day spent in this park! The park has about five miles of trails on which you can ride bikes or even hike with the kids.

Tims Ford Lake Rentals Are for Boaters

If you love boating, you will definitely love any of the Tims Ford Lake cabins as many of them are situated right on the lake itself. If you do not have your own boat, you will be able to rent one at Lakeview Marina, which also provides fishing supplies and snacks. Just remember, you do not have to spend the day fishing; it is completely up to you! Spend the summer in the warm Tennessee sun.
