  • Was 75% wheelchair accessible!!

"For the record I have been a permanent paraplegic for 14 years. Only part of the property I couldn't get to was the kitchen/dining area. I had access to the grill, the porch, the deck over the water, the couches, both exits, the master bedroom, master bathroom was not designed for a paraplegic but I could shower, use the toilet, access the stink and roll around the property all by myself without the need of assistance. I'm in a manual wheelchair but a powerchair will do just fine as well. A three wheel powerchair will not fare as well in the bathroom area. Other than that I can't complain if I wanted to. Be warned THERE IS NO AT&T CELLPHONE SIGNAL!!! Unless you stand in exact spots, but that's the point when going to a place like this TO GET A WAY!! They do have wifi though so don't worry you're not completely cutoff. A plus about not being able to reach the kitchen was that I didn't have to dishes!! They also have a washer and dryer which was unacessable by wheelchair. By the way I was down there during January on a duck and goose hunt so the gas fireplace worked out very nicely along with central air and heat. It's three houses down or about 100 feet from the end of the dead end road so pets could run around and young kiddo's can ride their bikes with little to no supervision given the children's age of course."

  • Memphis on Vance St.

"We all want to thank you for the opportunity to stay at your townhouse. It was fantastic! I was wondering if the pictures posted would equal the actual and they did....but the real life was even better. Thanks for the addition to Beale St. and a few other locations, we had breakfast at the Arcade three times, hit the BBQ places, visited Graceland, Sun records, the Gibson plant, the Lorraine Hotel, an old plantation called Davis Manor, had Thanksgiving dinner at the Terrace and even cooked a bit. We took the long drive to see the Jack Daniels plant and were very happy to have a nice relaxing place to go to after the long day. Missed the trolleys but guess we can't control the season. All in all, excellent. Thank you very much!"

  • Great Rental

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described. Linda was very easy to work with and the property manager Karen was awesome. She was waiting at the door when we arrived. My parents 74 and 71 were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. We enjoyed this trip. I would recommend SOB right down the street. The food is delicious. Central Bar B Q and Gus's fried chicken are both delicious. Both are in walking distance. Not very fond of Pear's Oyster Bar. But could have been an off night for them. I would highly recommend this property for a large group."

  • From Motown to Memphis

"I know that the reviews of this place are steller. That is why my husband and I chose to stay here for a week to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I could not have imagined what a fantastic time we would have. Not only is the Condo beautiful but we felt right at home from the first day.We even made what I hope to be lifelong friends with some of the neighbors. The city is so electric with so much to see and do. The trolly is down for now but thats O.K. because the simple bus system that is available is actually closer to the Condo! Purchace a day ride pass for 3.50 and no worrys. We would like to send a big THANKS to the owners Mike & Suzie for sharing the awesome vibe that is The Memphis Condo! We will be back. John & Kim Outside of Detroit Mich."
