"I stayed for 6 weeks in this wonderful little cabin and enjoyed it immensely. Throughout my time there I did not see any roaches. Not sure what the reviewer before me saw. Yes, there were a couple bugs but it is a cabin in the woods! There are bugs in the woods. Sometimes they make there way indoors. The inside of the cabin was very clean and well maintained. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is quite small but efficient. The 2 decks were nice spots to sit out and relax. The back deck looks into the woods while the front deck looks towards a small pond with a nice array of ducks and geese meandering about. Fishing was good in the pond that has been stocked with bass and brim. Overall, it was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The owner was very pleasant and always responded if I needed anything. I hope to get a chance to stay here again."Guest: Steve Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: December 11, 2013View listing
"Memphis - great music, good food, awesome people! The history alone is enough to make you want to go! I highly recommend staying at this townhome. It's in a great location, you can walk to Beale, Gibson's, Rock and Soul Museum. There is plenty of room and all the amenities. We watched the fireworks from the roof, couldn't have asked for a better holiday! Big thank you to Travis - we'll be back!!"Guest: Michele & Ray Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 7, 2014View listing
"The cabin is very nice. The back deck and the deck out onto the lake are also nice. An entire wall of windows facing the lake was great. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us so we didn't catch any fish. The owners were helpful when we needed directions. Wireless worked on my laptop but not on the tablets or cell phones. Yes, I would recommend this cabin to anyone. Look at the tags on the light/fan switches so you don't leave lights on all day. A few sugar ants in one bathroom, but that was all the insects that we saw. The lake itself is not bass boat friendly. Trees and stumps everywhere. The cypress trees are very interesting."Guest: Ohio buckeye Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 31, 2014View listing
"Your home was a great base as we took in Memphis' great musical history at Graceland, Sun Records, Stax, and Beale Street. Had a great evening at Buddy Guy's taking in some great music. Another highlight was the newly renovated Civil Rights Museum. Everyone should visit this museum. Everything was a 5-15 minute drive. I also loved waking early and walking along the Mississippi which is at the end of the block. Your home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay!"Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 10, 2014View listing
