Great location on the northern end of the beach area
"This was our first trip to South Padre, so we did not know what to expect (if I had to compare the quality of the beach, I'd call it closer to Myrtle Beach rather than the Florida panhandle). The condo is on the northern end of the main area, so nice to be bit less crowded. View was great and the layout of the condo was very nice even providing some privacy within the condo. All three bedrooms were of good size and very nice to have three dedicated bathrooms. The multiple small balconies facing the beach offered amazing views and a great place to chill out when not on the beach."

"The property is very close to Galveston without actually being on the seawall. The place is very well maintained and in awesome condition.
Quick access to a beach with no cars
Storage room with beach toys, grill, other convenience items
Huge deck that is in perfect shape with direct path to beach
No cars on the beach in front of the property
Great family room with ocean views and large screen tv+cable
Parking below the house on ground level
Very authentic beach house feel to it
Nice set-up for smaller dogs
Probably can only accommodate a couple families with kids as the beds and total square footage is smaller (the pictures are designed to make it look larger)
No canopy on the deck"

"The Fab 5 Girl Cousins annual get away was in Galveston this year, and we stayed at this quaint historical cottage. Everything was well thought out and appointed -- very comfortable and super location to tour the Bishop's Palace, The Strand and fave restaurants -- like Mosquito Cafe. Also - only 5 blocks to seawall -- so a super location. Ron was awesome with everyone -- well versed in the history of Galveston Island and this is one home that survived the 1900 Storm. Lots of charm -- price, location, host was excellent. Plan to stay here again next time in the Galveston area."

"My husband and I took my teenage daughter and a friend of her's for a long weekend. The price was very reasonable. We absolutely LOVED the layout of the condo. The bathroom in the hall (versus in the bedroom) was perfect. We also appreciated the sink outside the toilet/shower area. The balcony provided nice views of the gulf during the day and we could hear the waves at night. It's an easy walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was close enough to walk to town (which my husband and I did) or drive around with a golf cart (which the girls did). Everything was clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive. We would DEFINITELY recommend this condo and stay there again."
