  • Fun time for family and friends

"This property was clean, cute, comfortable and well equipped. It's location on the canal was great, especially for relaxed fishing with my friends and grandsons. Though mostly small, we caught perch, whiting, and trout. My 7-year-old grandson thought he'd hit the jackpot no matter what the size. It was also very convenient for fishing in the bay. It took us about five minutes to travel from the canal house to get to the bay. We had a fantastic time and look forward to renting again."

  • July 4th celebration, 2014

"This is our second visit to the Tuscan Villa. Just as before, the house is warm and inviting, clean, beautifully decorated and both bathroom showers are totally amazing. The photos provided are exactly like the home interior. We were informed that the only firework displays for the 4th of July would be near the seawall and 37th street but at the last minute we decided it wouldn't be worth the trouble trying to find parking and fighting the mosquitos so we decided to stay in. To our surprise and amazement there were huge fireworks displays at every four point corner of the house. With the third floor balconies we enjoyed the best show ever. We absolutely adore this house and always look forward to our stay. The only negative part about the house is the main deck is in extremely poor condition. Wood is uneven and rotten in several spots. My daughter even stepped on a rusty nail that injured her foot very badly. The security gate does not latch close without some timely renigging with the hatch during every entry and exit. Based on the degrading condition we were unable to enjoy the main floor deck at all. If you have small children beware that gate and the uneven wood plats may be an issue for you. If you are planning on a visit anytime soon you must be informed of the seaweed and beach conditions. Seaweed covering most of the beach with a very small area to actually enjoy the sand. Seaweed in the water was heavier than we have ever seen it. With that comes with a horrible smell and flies everywhere. Even with those minimal negatives we enjoyed this home so much I will not hesitate to rent again. The Home owner cannot improve the beach conditions naturally but I hope he will replace the deck sometime soon. We will be back!!!!!"

  • Great house for a family!

"We really enjoyed the CLEAN space in this home. 3 bedrooms, 2 FULL bathrooms, great kitchen and eating spaces. I enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans fly by. Owners were very helpful before and during our stay, replying to emails daily when necessary. Nate's West End Restaurant was convenient on Sunday night when everything else was closed by 7 p.m. My favorite "non-chain" restaurant was Jimmy's on the Pier. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Galveston who do not want to be in the middle of all the main attractions. Very peaceful."

  • Reunion

"We had a great time, everything was clean, the view of the canal was great and a lot of outside space. It was well furnished. We had plenty of room for everybody. The owner was very helpful. We will for sure recommend this house to our friends and we will return. We loved using the paddle boats."

Sea Isle Travel Tips

Sea Isle Lodging Takes You Away From it All

When you're headed south, off the mainland, Galveston is there to provide you the amenities you expect. But if you're trying to get away from it all, Sea Isle condos offer a vacation alternative that's more private and secluded than is found in the hustle and bustle of downtown Galveston. Removed from the rumble of large trucks and busy streets, you can spend your time at Galveston vacation rentals getting your head into the relaxed space that you came for in the first place. Open ocean and sandy beach combine to present many opportunities for sea shell gathering or metal detecting. Or go the art route and set up an easel to try to capture the subtle differences between sky blue and ocean blue. Sea Isle lodging puts you where you wanted to be—away from the rush, but not in the middle of nowhere!

Parks and Boating Nearby

With the Galveston Island State Park in close proximity, park amenities are an included in any trip to this section of the island. On the way, or on the return, Jamaica Beach practically requires a stop to check out some of the numerous boats in the harbor. Boat culture is a huge part of the Sea Isle lodging lifestyle, so if that grabs your attention, there is Christmas Bay, Bastrop Bay, and even Oyster Lake to spend a few days enjoying. These bays are sheltered from the strongest, biggest ocean waves and make for a tranquil day stroll.

Fantastic Fishing Awaits

Being near the ocean practically begs for one to try their hand at casting a rod and reel. Hang out by the shoreline and see if you can spot some dark objects flitting through the water. Sea Isle condos locate you near to sharks, dolphins, and other aquatic wonders.
