"Myself and a colleague from work were in town for a convention at the GRB convention center. We travel frequently and staying in hotel rooms is the same the world over. We decided to try booking a house through VRBO during our stay and it was the best decision we made during the trip. Hans was great to deal with during check in and out, and the house was a very relaxing place to stay and wind down between meetings. Our only regret was that we didn't make full use of the facilities and use the pool/hot tub. The house was very comfortable, and even my roommate who is 6'2" commented on how comfortable the beds were. It was also nice and quiet every night, compared to the constant door slamming and hallway yelling we're used to in hotels. The house was in a great location, close to great restaurants and museums, but still only a quick drive over to the convention center for meetings. This was leaps and bound better than staying in a hotel, and we'll be sure to stay again when we return to the area. Thanks!"Guest: Tyler B. "This property was everything I wanted and more. Spacious, modern, convenient neighborhood. I was celebrating my birthday the weekend I stayed and it was a great space for my friends and I to kick back and hang out!"Guest: Karmen Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 1, 2014View listing
"While our group ultimately opted to stay in a B&B - I was impressed with the level of responsiveness from the owner. Out of the 4 places I queried, this owner was the only one to respond within several hours and provided detailed answers to my questions, and additional images. I got a great feeling from our correspondence - always a good place to start!"Guest: Kate M. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 16, 2014View listing
