"Absolutely beautiful and perfect! This house was ideal for our group of 12. I have finally found our perfect house in Port A for our annual family get togethers! It is as nice as the pictures online, come with all the amenities your group will need, and so close to the beach. It was nice to sit out on the top tier deck, drinking coffee every morning and enjoying the view of the beach. The owner, Bruce was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Thank you Bruce! LOVED our stay in Port A!"

"My family (mom, uncle, sister & 2 kids, my husband and son) stayed here for a week and had a most enjoyable time! It was our first family vacay with the kids and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect condo. The owners have done a fantastic job of making their home inviting and comfortable. The reviews don't lie when they say you can spot dolphins just about any time. The closeness of the boats and ships coming through the channel impressed the kids and adults alike. We aren't fishermen, so we didn't take advantage of fishing from the pier, but there were several that were. The pier was still another great treat for the kids.
This particular owner only does business with checks, which initially made me very nervous...you know, fraud everywhere these days. But everything worked out perfectly. One thing to consider, without access to an elevator, is everyone's ability to climb two floors of stairs. Even though it's only the second floor, the first level is the garage. It would have been problematic for my step-dad with double knee replacements. While this location is not on a swimming beach, the swimming beach was literally less than 5 minutes away. And I would probably want to drive to the beach regardless because there aren't any condos or houses that are literally right on the beach. Most, if not all, of the beachfront condos in this area require a little trek over the dune onto the beach.
Sleeping accomodations were great...comfy pillows and mattresses, plenty of room for 8 people. The max occupancy is 8, but there is easily sleeping for 10. Our toddlers loved the bunk beds! The kitchen was nicely furnished and they even left a note saying we could help ourselves to items left in the fridge or pantry. Everyone agreed that we plan to visit here again next year!!"

"Our first stay at the Aransas Princess was over the Labor Day weekend. Would have given 5 stars but for the terrible internet access (issue is that the building is block construction and facility wifi signal doesn't penetrate indoors very well). Beach was close and in perfect condition and the swimming pool was great. We really enjoyed unit 701, especially the great mattresses - easily the most comfortable of any vacation rental we have done. We had a great view of the small pool and the beach off our balcony and the solid construction kept us from having to hear any neighbors. The unit easily accommodated our group of 5 and the huge shower in the master bath was awesome. We originally had concerns about being on the 7th floor and having to wait for an elevator but never had to wait more than a minute or two.
Our only negatives (besides wifi) was that finding carts to help move luggage was difficult and traffic leaving the island was terrible for my daughter. Fortunately my wife and I were granted a late check-out (thank you!) and much of the traffic had cleared by the time we left."

"I had a great weekend at the salty Lime. Thank you Jay for allowing myself and a few friends and family to stay at your property over the weekend. The house was very spacious and well kept. The kids had a blast hanging out on the 3rd floor balcony and walking to the beach. Its probably time to update the televisions at the house though. All the TV's are projection TVs with no HDMI outlets. Besides the needed TV upgrades, we all really enjoyed the Salty Lime. Thank you."
