"Our three night stay was great! Starting with the initial contact with Chuck, to the booking process and the follow up call from Jym to make sure our stay was everything we expected, I would say the customer servuce was outstanding!.The pictures and description were exactly what we encountered upon arrival. The bedrooms had plenty of pillows and blankets and the foam toppers on the beds were an unexpected plus! The kichen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Although the kids were too young to play with the games, the boys loved their first experience at foosball! They also enjoyed watching movies on the big comfy couch in the loft. The beach and convenience store are walking distance from the unit. Kody's restaurant (a really short drive) had really good food for dine-in or takeout. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 4 children (4, 3 1/2, 2 and 1) and it was a comfortable fit. We had loads of fun and made great memories at the Bahama Beach. I highly recommend this condo and hope your experience will be as great as ours!"

  • Great home away from home!

"My family visited Port Aransas the weekend of 6/20/14. The house is great and met all of our needs. Great patio to sit out on and plenty of space for all. The dogs loved it because there was plenty of space for them to roam. 3rd floor deck area is a great place to sit at night. We stayed here last year and we noticed many upgrades to the property since our last visit. Will definitely come back."

"Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. The lay out is fantastic. A great time was had by all. It is in a great location. Easy access to the water and to town. Thanks for taking care of the key problem so quickly. The house was clean upon arrival. The grass could have been mowed 1 time while we were there but it was okay. Mosquitos didn't bother us. I would definetly recommend this house to a family or group having 8-10 people. The downstairs bedroom was great for those not wanting to negotiate the stairs.Look forward to staying with you in the future."

  • Affordable Luxury

"This was one of the nicest, budget-friendly homes we've stayed in. No home is perfect, but this one came close. It was clean, roomy, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the balconies and porches, but would have appreciated some comfortable chairs for those areas. (We used the chairs we brought for the beach.) We really liked the pool and the "warm tub" --our pet name for the hot tub...although in this Texas heat, not hot didn't bother me. It bothered the 20-somethings. Be aware that there are no walk-over crossings to the beach since this house is in a fairly undeveloped area (which means nice and quiet) so being a mile from Beach Access 2 is a bonus! I had issues with the internet while trying to check up on my online students and my 18 year old complained about the internet. But it was bearable. The other issue that will become a much bigger problem as Bella Vista fills up--the parking. There are only 2 "legal" places to park at this house and we came with our 4 barely grown kids, plus my sister and her husband visited--we had 3-4 cars and beach toys that we stashed under the carport. For us, this one issue will hinder our return. And I hate that because it is truly a nice, convenient to the beach, relaxing place to stay. We usually stay inside Port A's city limits and insisted on driving through there to get to the Peach Wave...it was crazy--long line for the ferry. We ended up going into Corpus more than Port Aransas. Scuttlebutt's was the best seafood we've had in a while! Blackbeard's was a disappointment after that...it's close to the aquarium which is a great place for all ages Scuttlebutt's is a little pricier than Blackbeard's, too. Super good breakfast/brunch with large portions and reasonable priced--Atomic Omelette."
