  • Comfortable, and convenient.

"Great location. Minutes from the ferry, and nearly every place i wanted to visit was within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the a/c was cold. Looking forward to the next visit, and this location will be my first rental pick. Very pleased with finding it."

  • 5 star because perfect for us!

"I am giving this house 5 starts not because it is a luxury resort, but because it was exactly as described (better than described) and really worked well for our group. We went to Port Aransas with 2 other families, they rented 2 other houses. Our house was the house that everyone wanted to be in. Another family rented a house that "sleeps 4" and it had only 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 of everything, but THIS house had 30+ glasses, plates, etc. Plenty of equipment for cooking and plenty of space for the kids to tear around. We were able to get 3 cars and 2 golf carts in the driveway. The house had 2 small charcoal grills (not the gas grill in the picture) which was actually better because I did not want to pay for a whole thing of gas if we needed it. The furniture was "friendly" so everyone was comfortable, not fancy. But what was interesting was lots of unexpected art on the walls, big paintings and metal art, made the house feel modern. One twin bed was squeaky, but not horrible. Bring paper towels and there were no extra sheets, so maybe an extra sheet if you have messy kids or kids that prefer the couch. The AC was very cool and the floors are all wood, so that made the house seem cooler. There were lots of extra outside chairs, made hanging outside easy when we had the other families come visit. I would stay at this house everytime my family goes to the island because it worked out so well for our family."
