"Stayed a week here, on Copano Bay. Found the house superficially attractive, and well furnished, good kitchen, comfortable bed rooms and very nice bathrooms. Plenty of linens and washer and dryer. Well situated for near by fishing and convenient to more fishing in the regional bays. House was not cleaned however, used linens left on floor , and clean linens not folded, just stuffed on to shelves. This was immediately fixed by the renter when we called. Great view wonderful cooling wind, sea birds etc. Debris from previous tenants under the beds and in two closets, All lawn chairs broken, and unsafe. we bought three chairs for future tenants. Like most coastal houses, prone to weather wear and tear, and this was externally evident. Nevertheless great fishing, nearby grocery stores And restaurants, and we left the place better than we found it. Had a good time there. Watch out for the slippery marble floor in the basement bedroom, when the condensation forms there, can be dangerous in certain weather. Take your own kitchen towels."

  • Amazing View!

"My husband and I wanted to escape fast-paced Houston for a romantic weekend to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary (but didn't want to fly anywhere) and this was a perfect choice. I've stayed here with my Bunko group and it's ideal for a girls getaway too. The house is amazing; beautifully decorated, immaculate, very comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Don't waste your money on a sunset cruise. Just sit on the balcony of this house and you'll see a breathtaking sunset. There's plenty of ways to be entertained in Rockport - great restaurants, a variety of shops, the beach, fishing, art galleries, and the famous Fulton Mansion. It's a beautiful coastal city that welcomes visitors. We drove the short distance to Aransas Pass (20 minutes), enjoyed the ferry ride to Port Aransas and had a fun day shopping and eating out there. Lunch at The Inferno restaurant was very memorable. Chose this house for your next getaway. You won't be disappointed."

  • Rockport trip a winner!

"My 2-year old twin granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed the toys, books and kids swimming pool. The teenage grandsons were grateful for the TV in “their” room and being able to fish out back. We could not have asked for better accommodations. This was truly a home away from home and staying under one roof made our family trip much more enjoyable, and affordable, compared to staying in separate hotel rooms. I highly recommend Brian's Fishin' House. Thanks, Shari!"

"Nice clean condo that had everything you needed for a relaxing trip. Large screen tv and two seperate sleeping arrangements made it possible to sleep in if you chose without awaking the other couple. We were told that the rental was on lower level, but it was not. That made it a little difficult for one person in our party that had had recent knee surgery. Keys were in pick-up box and promised and everything was clean and new in the apartment. I would definitely stay there again."
