"Great stay! The owner was easily reachable and helpful. Very clean and spacious condo. Pleasant extras include, an ice chest with wheels, floaties for the pool, tennis rackets, frisbees and board games! Pots and pans to cook our meals. We saw people of all ages enjoying the facility. The pool is large enough to not feel crowded, awesome kids playground, plenty of BBQ pits for everyone, short walk to the beach. Schlitterbahn is a minute walk away. We had friends come over and they loved the condos. I will stay here again and I recommend it to everyone."

"We had a great time!! The condo is really cute. The balcony was great to sit out & have our morning coffee. The pools were great & the grounds were clean & nice. Beautiful for our two sweet Yorkies!! Ron, the owner, was great to deal with. We would stay there again."

"We recently did a last minute trip to South Padre and were fortunate enough to find this beachside condo. You are literally steps from the beach! The south end of the condo provides a beautiful view of the beach while the north side provides a view of the bay and an excellent view of the weekly bayside fireworks. The condo is spacious but a bit dated. A little updating and this condo could earn a 5 star review.
South Padre is relatively small so the condo provided easy access to the various activities on the island such as the dolphin tour and parasailing our group did. We did not get a chance to fish or horseback ride on the beach but look forward to these activities in the future.
Unfortunately, some nearby (walking distance) restaurants had recently closed. However we found an excellent cafe (The Grapevine Cafe and Coffee House) for breakfast and lunch just a few blocks from the condo.
We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute trip to So. Padre and will definitely be going back."

"Clean, comfortable, close to the beach. Great price, too. They provide a beach umbrella, a couple of beach chairs, a couple of coolers, boogie boards, and some good sand shovels, so take that into consideration as you're packing. We've stayed a lot of places on the island, and this has been one of our favorites. Small condo complex, so the pool isn't crowded. The condo itself is bright, cheerful and updated. This has nothing to do with the condo, but it's worth noting that this part of the beach was quite wide this year (I *think* it can vary from year to year), and the trek across the dry sand to the wet sand is brutal at mid-day. Wear closed toe shoes, take your stuff out early before it gets too hot, or have have a camel haul you out there. Regardless, great place! We'll be back!"
