  • Beautiful Beachfront Condo

"Beautiful, roomy condo with a great view of the beach and jetty, especially at sunrise. The Sea Vista condo did not lack anything! The king bed in the master suite was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning ... and I ALWAYS want to be the first person on the beach! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and serving pieces and was perfect for the Super Bowl dinner we hosted. We loved being on the beach and the short walk to the water and the outdoor showers are definitely a plus. We will highly recommend the Sea Vista to our friends and hope to return again for a longer visit. We sincerely thank the property manager for meeting our needs on such short notice."

  • Winter Getaway in historic Galveston

"I thoroughly enjoyed my winter vacation in Galveston, Texas. I was looking to rent a condo in an place where I could get out of the northern winter weather and be close to my brother who lives in Houston, Texas and invite my St. Louis friends to come down and do sightseeing and enjoy moderate temps. Plus, I love to walk 5-10 miles daily and walking along the beach, in the beautiful historic district and in the Strand fulfilled all those desires. I spent 5 weeks in Galveston (mid-Jan-mid Feb) and never did get bored nor did I run out of things to do. I even found a walking partner in the courtyard, as I vacationed by myself. Gisela was very attentive to my needs and any time I requested she quickly and happily took care of whatever I wanted. She is truly an interesting, caring and generous woman. The condo was clean and neat upon my arrival, well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, towels, blankets, etc. What I loved the most was the large, beautiful patio for sitting out and enjoying having lunch and just basking in the sunshine. The view of the palm trees, pool, and ocean was just gorgeous. The kitchen was nice with stainless steel appliances and both bedrooms were complete with spacious closets for storage and nice furnishings. The living room was colorful, although small, I would suggest a more comfortable coach.... too soft for my taste. It had a nice entertainment unit and a gorgeous view of the patio with nice potted plants and the beautiful view of the grounds. I would definitely do another getaway winter in historic Galveston again and all my guests enjoyed the condo and their visit."

  • great location

"Rented the house for a week in September, after school started, no crowds!!! The house was really cute and mostly as described. No issues get to getting in the property or understanding the instructions for arrival or departure. Biggest complaint was for the prior renters who apparently had no consideration for people with pets. Spent the first evening cleaning the garage top deck of beer bottle caps and the small yard, bottle caps and plastic water lids. The only other issues was a non working grill as in gas connection ripped off. The house was clean an perfect for a couple or couple with teen kids. Loft was a little scary for me, but I am not young anymore!! Location was great in town, really was walking distance to beach. We would stay here again but I personally prefer the quietness of the west end of the island. Owners were easy to work with and allowed us to stay an extra day with pretty much no notice- thank you Irma"

  • Excellent stay in Port A

"We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard very much!! The place was clean and well kept with everything you should need at your fingertips. Both the murphy and king size beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking you may want to do. The pool was lovely for night swims and the location of the condo was nice and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!"
