  • Simple studio with everything we needed

"This basement studio looking out into a yard with old trees has all the basics, including internet, kitchen with a dishwasher and access to a washer and dryer. My husband and I spent 2 weeks here and were very comfortable."

  • Great house!

"My girlfriends and I stayed here for ACL and loved it--the house was very modern, well-equipped with a great backyard and outdoor deck. The owners couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating. Would definitely recommend!"

  • Austin Getaway

"I stayed at downtown view during the middle is September for a long weekend getaway. Overall I recommend this property. The emails and phone calls I had setting up the rental were easy. Carrie and Heather were very attentive and nice to work with. The location was exactly what I wanted. It is a short drive to pretty much everything - Soho, Bartlett Springs, downtown, airport... But close enough! It was secluded, which is what I wanted. The view of the Austin Skyline was amazing. I would sit out on the porch or balcony every morning and evening (when it wasn't raining) to enjoy the quiet and the view. The hot tub was nice, perfect for sitting in when it was raining outside (it isn't covered overhead, but still nice). The memory foam bed was comfortable. I didn't use the other bedrooms, or loft. The master bath was nice. The shower is unique, a little bigger than a normal shower area, and very nice. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The couches were comfortable. Internet was easy to get on. I watched TV but didn't watch any DVDs. The remotes were a little tricky to figure out at first. The decor is very eclectic - which is what Austin is all about! The neighbors cat(s) do hang around the property, but I absolutely loved this. One of them did not come close, but the other was very loving and it was nice to have a companion. I think they would stay afar if you didn't encourage them, just in case you have allergies or don't like cats. It is a house out close to nature, so you have to expect bugs. As long as you kept the porch lights off, it wasn't too bothersome. I also heard frogs or toads throughout the day, but didn't go searching for them. There is a big grocery store a block away (via car). I cooked my own breakfast, but enjoyed the wondeful restaurants Austin offers for other meals. This was a nice experience, far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to join the hustle and bustle of the city easily."

Relaxing in Clarksville Vacation Homes

Renting Clarksville vacation homes give you fast access to everything you want to see in Clarksville. If you love live music, spas and everything else the area has to offer, experiencing it all like a local is the best way to do it. If you are in Clarksville to see the historic Clarksville cemetery, Austin vacation rentals give you fast access to Page's tree, and the rest of the monuments and famous sights.

Why Rent a Vacation Home

If you need Clarksville lodging for a vacation and are facing multiple hotel rooms for your group, you can avoid all of that hassle by renting one of the many Clarksville vacation homes instead. This is simpler and more comfortable, and it keeps your entire group together in a way that a hotel can't. After a day of waterskiing or seeing the famous Confederate monument, you can relax in a living room together instead of retiring to separate parts of a hotel. You can spend more of your vacation sightseeing and less of it contacting and coordinating your group.

From biking the local area to shopping with the locals, Clarksville vacation homes help you to steer clear of tourist traps. Clarksville is a great place to visit historic antebellum homes, including the DeMorse house.
