  • Chicken farm historic home, quaint, walkable to 6th street, downtown and more

"If you want an authentic Austin home, this is it. The beds were super comfortable, there were chicken eggs for breakfast, and the coffee was a favorite. The location is superb for walking to major attractions!! Debbie is flexible and will help you find local events if she can. Only drawback is the one bathroom for the two huge rooms, but otherwise this is worth staying at over any old hotel."

  • Loved the house!

"The house was adorable, clean and accommodate our group of 6 adults perfectly! It would easily handle a group of 4 couples well, too. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a nice place in Austin."

  • Nice townhouse close to downtown Austin

"I was in Austin for a conference. I rented this townhouse because it's close to downtown and the rent is very affordable. We liked the full-size kitchen and open floor plan. Location is great - close to everywhere you want to go in Austin. The property manager is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a townhouse-style vacation rental. Enjoy Austin!"

  • Great for families!

"I stayed here with my daughter and grandson for a few nights when we came in town to see an old friend. The size of the house was perfect for us but could also hold more people. There was some construction out front on the highway that was a little loud but you couldn't really hear it once you were inside or outside in the backyard and it looked temporary so not a major concern. We used the pool and the outdoor grill each night we were there and we made s'mores on the patio with the fire pit, which was all very fun for my grandson. They also had a high chair and a little portable crib for him which made life easier for us. We saw some bikes in the storage outside but never used them. The house was clean and well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We had a little trouble with hot water in the guest bathroom the first day we arrived but the management staff fixed it very quickly and were nice to work with. We mostly stayed at the house although the location was nice to get where ever we needed to go quickly. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again and recommend to friends."
