Wonderful Home away from home
"The place was great. Very roomy. Perfect for our quick Austin visit with 6 adults and 3 kids under 5 yo. Pete, the owner, was wonderful. Would stay here again!"

"What a wonderful place. We had the condo with two bedrooms for just slightly more than we would have paid for a single room in the nearby Marriott. Attending a convention this made a perfect place being just across the street. The Court opening makes it one of the nicest units in the entire building. It had a well stocked kitchen and toiletries. And furnishings were higher end. Big walk in closet in Master bedroom. Excellent place to stay would stay again!"

"Look just like it did in the pictures. Very clean well taken care of. The up stairs was my favorite. My teen girls slept of there and loved it. Noise was not a problem. Parking was a problem. We're told we had two parking spots. On the day of arrival the two spots assigned were taken. After about 30 min one became available. I called the property manager and she said to go park in a parking garage. That's like $20. So I told her we didnt want to do that. We choose to park in an empty parking spot and put a note on the window with our phone number of we needed to move it. The manager never called back with a solution. We were thankful we were never called to move it or got towed. One other down side is to get the cars in and out of the gated parking you have to have a remote key. So when you first arrive you have to wait for some one to leave to get in. Also there is only one remote."

"We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Soco Bungalow. It was a great visit with our two kids visiting our two older kids who live only 5 minutes away. The road is busier than average but was not an issue of noise or safety, etc. Need a car for sure, but with GPS that is not a problem. The décor is very cool and the upgraded kitchen was very nice. The large island was a great gathering place. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to use the back patio. There are many nice touches. The beds are very comfortable. The kids were happy to see there were some games to play. Tracey was great to work with! We arrived and the refrigerator power was out, but right away she responded to our call and we reset an outlet button and it kicked back on. Convenient grocery nearby and amazing food. Wonderful spot to meet up with our older kids before going out for the day."
