Good location in SoCo neighborhood
"Good location in quiet, residential neighborhood close to South Congress. Satisfactory communications with owner. Property was satisfactory, though a little musty. Pleased to find extra clean linens in closet as had to swap these out. Somewhat costly but lodgings in Austin are high."

"The condo was nicely appointed and provided a central location for our five night stay in Austin. It's walking distance to the best restaurants and entertainment venues. The only confusion was getting into the condo. The instructions could have been clearer. It was a great alternative to a hotel room. I'm planning a return trip next year."

"The house was perfect for our visit for the F1 Race. Well located to allow ease of getting around Austin. Easy drive (or bus ride if you want) to downtown and the SOCO areas. The house is spacious, comfortable and has all of the character you would expect in a house this age. Much larger inside than it appears when you first drive up.The neighborhood is nice and quite. There is a fairly new restaurant just over a block away and you are about a 10 minute walk to some great food truck BBQ and neighborhood pubs. Homeowner is great at getting back to you if you have any questions or concerns."
