"Todd's loft was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Austin. The loft had more then enough room and was very comforting, easily fitting 4 people. The location was perfect with amazing food options all around, 15 minute walk to the university and a $15 can ride to the many waterholes around Austin. Todd was super easy to communicate with. I will defiantly be staying in Todd's loft when I am in Austin next, hopefully sooner rather then later.

"If you are looking for a super comfy, small bungalow to get a great night's sleep in, look no further! This little gem is perfect for a visit to Austin. Close to everything, including major roads/freeways. Quiet, clean, great amenities and super charming. The owner, Lyon, lives right next door, and is ready to help out when needed. We had such a nice, relaxing stay at this bungalow and can't imagine staying anywhere else!"

"At first glance at the image of the front of this home is small and you may consider scrolling to the next house on the list. I would just like you to know you would be doing yourself a huge disservice and miss out on a great home. I say home because they have truly accomplished making a home that they rent out to others feel as warm and comfortable as my living room at home. As an interior designer I really appreciated the attention to detail that went into making this home what it was. Not only a well kept, spotlessly clean, place to stay but thoughtful in so many ways you wouldn't think of unless you know what your looking at. So here are a few things I look at and appreciate in this charming home. Aside from generally cleanliness the homeowners have many outlets throughout the space so you can plug in and charge up as well as WIFI included in your stay. Many books and a selection of DVD's accompany the cable TV on the large flat screen . The kitchen is comfortable and was stocked with some waters, sodas, and all condiments needed to make a great meal ( just do a little shopping for your main staples ) . The bar and kitchen had every choice of glassware at your disposal and every incidental item you may need that you would never typically pack. Shower had a steam system, tub with jets for those who want a little in house simple spa feel. Just outside the rear of the house there is also a screened in porch with very comfy outdoor furniture. By the way the place is huge in comparison to the photos that you look at online. 3 bedrooms and nice size and very comfortable, the couch pulled out for our friends that came later. Walking distance to Rainy street and 6th but we preferred to use Uber as it is not very expensive and who wants to ruin $300 shoes for a $20 ride. Some sketchy spots in the neighborhood as it appears it is an up and coming area - being from NY it was not a big deal to us but don't let me dissuade you by any means the house is beautiful and our hosts were so accommodating and really had great knowledge of the area to show you where to be. Thanks so much for all of your hospitality .
My only negative comment guys , get a better iron : )
Everything else is so top notch , that was the only thing I said to myself really ? LOL I am sure one of you guys are going to read this and tell the other- I told you we need a better iron. I am sure not everyone even irons when on vacation but I certainly do. Might be a 4 3 stars"
