"We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Soco Bungalow. It was a great visit with our two kids visiting our two older kids who live only 5 minutes away. The road is busier than average but was not an issue of noise or safety, etc. Need a car for sure, but with GPS that is not a problem. The décor is very cool and the upgraded kitchen was very nice. The large island was a great gathering place. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to use the back patio. There are many nice touches. The beds are very comfortable. The kids were happy to see there were some games to play. Tracey was great to work with! We arrived and the refrigerator power was out, but right away she responded to our call and we reset an outlet button and it kicked back on. Convenient grocery nearby and amazing food. Wonderful spot to meet up with our older kids before going out for the day."

"We were in Austin for Cyclocross Nationals at Zilker Park. The house was absolutely perfect for us to stay with our friends. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. Walking to the park and also to tons of wonderful places to eat and listen to music was no problem. Loved the garage apartment too! Great Stay - we will definitely be back."

"The house was exactly as shown in pictures. Most everything you would want to see in Austin is a 20 minute drive or less from the location. Quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property to others traveling with family-young kids and adults up in age. We were five and slept very comfortably. The house was warm at times, but I think that is more an Austin Texas issue than a home issue. Most every room has excellent fans. The game room, located 10 ft from the patio in clear view of dinning room, was a real treat on our stay. This place was cool to watch movies with the family after a day of play. It was well insulated and has a separate A/C unit. So if the house got warm we moved into there to cool off. There was a surprise closest in the house with Kid toys, My daughter and I played Battleship most evenings. In the mornings, you can watch squirrels and birds robbing the figs from the tree, but your going to need some mosquito spray. Thanks to Mrs. Cindy for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home. It felt like a home away from home."

"We have been traveling to Austin over the past few months and have found the perfect place.
2 bedrooms (one with balcony) and a bathroom upstairs AND a large main room/dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, blender, dishes etc and another bathroom with a washer and dryer on the main floor. AND a private back patio!
Everything we needed and more. Very private and comfortable.
Nice TV, wifi signal was good, the art work was killer.
This great find is walking distance to clubs, restaurants and the BAT bridge on the river.
We really liked this place and next time your in Austin... check it out.
