  • Perfect place to stay in Austin!

"myself and 3 friends stayed at this property for ACL. it was easy to walk to barton springs and catch a pedicab or take an Uber to the festival. It was also super easy to get to the bars on Rainey St and Dirty 6th. The place itself was in great condition, clean and well supplied. Only thing we really missed was having a kitchen but we made due with the mini fridge! The area is super quiet and peaceful. Even though we didn't get a chance to use the pool or fire pit those are really awesome amenities. The owner left the key under the mat for us so check in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again, no doubt about it!"

  • Perfect House for Big Group

"Could not have asked for a better house to host my bachelor party. Everyone agreed that the place was way beyond our expectations. Plenty of beds for everyone. Within walking distance of downtown Austin. This was my first time doing a home rental and it could not have been smoother. Plenty of information given and the house code made it very easy to come and go. Thank you to the wonderful owners for one of the best vacations of my life."

  • Great Cottage on Lake Austin

"We loved our time at the cottage. It is perfect for a couple. Great setup with a nice kitchen and wonderful bed. The location is fantastic too, right on Lake Austin. We loved hanging out on the boat dock, enjoying the great views of the 360 bridge and Lake Austin. The 360 boat ramp is very close by and made it easy to put in and take out our boat. We are definitely looking forward to our next chance to rent the Lake Austin Cottage."
