  • Nice Stay in the Country

"My extended family of 10 stayed at Turtle Crow for a week in May. The house was just as shown online and provided plenty of room for all of us. The inside of the house was clean and had everything we needed. Some complained about there not being a TV in the living room (there is one upstairs), but I enjoy keeping away from the TV while on vacation. It should be noted that this house is really in the country. It is not far from anything and is not close to anything either, with the exception of Saltlick BBQ. There are country sized bugs outside including humongous grasshoppers and even a scorpion...very scary for a city girl. My only real complaint is that the pool was unusable during our stay. We were told by a neighbour that this was because a lot of rain had fallen that week. With that said, we would defintiely stay at Turtle Crow again. It was a nice country getaway and a great place to stay with a large family."

  • Great location-many things within walking distance

"I'm not sure I'll ever stay in a hotel again after staying here. All the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook our own breakfast. Grocery store is only a short distance away. Stairs to upper level are a little steep, so my elderly mom got the king size bed to herself. Upper bedroom and loft were very comfortable with ceiling fans in all of the sleeping areas. The condo looks just like it does in the pictures. While we were there, we met the cleaning staff and the owner/manager. Everyone was great to work with - prompt efficient service. We checked out Franklin BBQ, the coffee shop on the corner, Lady Bird Lake, the graffiti art gallery, the capitol and went to a wedding all in one weekend thanks to the great location."

  • Such a CHARMING house and great location!!

"I stayed at the cabin this past weekend and I just cannot say enough good things about it. The house is just adorable, the hot tub is amazing and the koi pond is a great touch. The neighborhood is perfect, lined with amazing homes and the soothing sounds of crickets to sleep to at night. The cabin is very clean and has everything you need in it to make meals. The owner, Jac, was very very accommodating and very nice. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, its within a mile of the hip SoCo area, with shops and restaurants. We walked there one evening and it was a really nice walk."

  • Beautiful house and perfect location!

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, spacious and fully stocked. The location was perfect for us and close to a lot of shopping and tourist attractions. There was a very nice community pool and very close grocery store which we found very helpful. The owners were very responsive and very accomodating to our special circumstance. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!!"
