"Cute, comfortable bungalow in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to SOCO and downtown. Lovely original artwork thoughout the house. The owner left plenty of bottled water in the refrigerator which was greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide a few more chairs outside in the back yard."Guest: Cindy M. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 18, 2014View listing

"Amy and Todd were absolutely wonderful and their apartment was perfect! The location is great (easy access to I-35 and about a 30 minute walk to the South Congress area). Amy and Todd were easy to work with throughout the reservation process, and they were extremely accommodating throughout the stay. The apartment was better than the pictures showed and the little touches were fantastic. This is the only place that I would want to stay in Austin and I look forward to another stay in the future. Great job Amy and Todd!"Guest: David M. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 2, 2014View listing
"This house is in a really great location and the owner is so nice and gave us excellent advice on where to go and how to get there (we were in town over the weekend during an event that clogged up SOCO). Will stay here again when we visit Austin!"Guest: tla Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 15, 2014View listing

Parks Offer Activities for Children and Adults
The area's name comes from the topography of the land. The landscapes rise and fall, giving some residents excellent views of Downtown Austin and others peaceful views of wooded hollows. Big Stacy Park and Little Stacy Park also boast the same landscape, with acres of rolling woods for children to play. Adults can enjoy the offerings at both parks as well. Jog around the parks or cycle through the natural settings. Those with pets can enjoy Norwood Estate Park, a dog-friendly park where many locals gather on weeknights and weekends.
