"We were very happy with our stay at this guest house. The house is cozy and beautiful, in an adorable little complex that is close to SoCo and downtown Austin. The owner was warm and welcoming and very respectful of our privacy. We had everything we needed in the house, and we felt very comfortable there. Will definitely return next time we are in Austin."Guest: Amy Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 12, 2014View listing
"We went with two other families and found that there was pleeeeenty of space for the kids to play and relax upstairs in the family room. Master bedroom was a very nice size and other bedrooms were ample. Everything in working order. Out back very nice grill and pool area for R & R. Just be advised that it is a home that is being lived in currently so lots of personal items of the owners and their kids. We had never rented a home that was lived in so for us it was a bit of a new experience. We did have to unload a dishwasher full of their kids dishes (only a minor problem). Other than that, the owners were very nice and accommodating and we got our deposit back in full. Very prompt responses to our questions via e mail and very little demands for checking out. They made it easy for us. Thanks for that!!"Guest: Ana Maria F. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 18, 2014View listing
"We had our family reunion in July and we had 22 people with kids and all of us enjoyed it. Pool and hot tub were both great. I slept on the cast iron trundle bed and had the best sleep in years. 6 bedrooms and pull out couches and chairs. Huge kitchen and loved the out in the country feel. We needed a place so we were all under one roof with lots of activities and a central place to eat. Each year we take turns finding a spot and this was an excellent choice. Each of us has a different idea of where to go but this one ticked all the major boxes. Game room for the kids, hot tub was very warm without being too hot, and I loved the longhorn that looked liked he had black speckled eyebrows. Afraid we never ventured into town because we had too much fun there. If you are looking for something that is the opposite of the Waldorf with a down home feel this place is it. Off the beaten path and worth the trip."Guest: Cyn Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 10, 2014View listing
"This was our 3rd stay at your lovely home and once again we loved staying here, and enjoying the lifestyle of Sun City. Thank you for all the extras in the home, the cleanliness and the great response to accommodating the little things we asked for. we love the upscale furnishings and comfortable feeling to the home. We have made friends that added to the experience. We look forward to returning again next year."Guest: macfleet Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 17, 2014View listing
