  • Terrific experience

"I've had an incredibly pleasant experience while renting this cozy place. It was very close to various great restaurants and it was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to downtown. The owner provided great customer service while being available any time of the day for any possible issues. Her communication skills and enthusiastic personality made every interaction very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this studio to friends or relatives."

  • Totally Awesome!

"I was in a bind to find a rental due to getting overbooked on a different rental. Colette was very quick to respond, and very sweet and nice on the phone. Good customer service goes a long way! I ended up renting and was so surprised at how nice this property actually was. Our whole party felt so relaxed and enjoyed our time here so much. Even better, the early birds who turned in before the rest did had no problem with the noise in the rest of the house. Such a "zen-ed in" property. The decor was gorgeous. We definetly recommend this house and will choose it again if the need arises."

  • weekend in austin

"Our stay at this property was great. The condo is centrally located and an excellent alternative to a pricey downtown hotel. The layout is perfect for two couples (a sleeper sofa can accommodate a third couple but there was only four of us). The two bedrooms are not right next to one another, which affords a little more privacy. The living area is cozy but has plenty of comfortable seating. The management company was easy to work with. Figuring out the parking was a little tricky upon arrival. You have to park on the street and go inside to get the remote to the gate, but once you have the remote, parking is easy. We also had difficulty figuring out the dishwasher. There is a light switch in the kitchen that must be turned on in order for the dishwasher to work. We were overall very pleased with the property, and will stay there again if we find ourselves back in the area."

  • LOVELY HOME

"This was our 3rd stay at your lovely home and once again we loved staying here, and enjoying the lifestyle of Sun City. Thank you for all the extras in the home, the cleanliness and the great response to accommodating the little things we asked for. we love the upscale furnishings and comfortable feeling to the home. We have made friends that added to the experience. We look forward to returning again next year."

Austin Travel Tips

Awesome Austin Rentals for Vacation

The capitol of Texas is Austin and rightly so. It seems to be the center of everything which is probably why Austin rentals are so popular. Though it is also a college town with a strong alternative culture, Austin vacation rentals offer so much for the whole family. Austin lodging in the Texas Hill Country will really open your eyes to a different kind of lifestyle.

Where Are Austin Vacation Rentals?

The city is comprised of different districts, each offering something unique and plenty of Austin rentals. The districts are Downtown, East Austin, Northwest Austin, South Austin, UT & the Drag, Hyde Park, and North Loop. You can access the city, and therefore Austin vacation rentals, by car, train, plane, or bus. Also, getting around is not too difficult either. If you do not have a car and there is good weather, walking and biking are great ways to see the city.

Film Culture near Austin Rentals

Perhaps because it is a college town, Austin is home to many film festivals and cultural events. So, booking Austin rentals any time of year will probably afford you the opportunity to participate in some of these events. Some noteworthy film festivals held in town include the SXSW (South-by-Southwest) Film Festival, the Austin Film Festival, the Austin Bicycle Film Festival, and several more. Go ahead, catch an indie film and enjoy yourself.

Bats Need Austin Lodging Too

One thing that you should not miss while in town is the Austin bats. Yes, Austin lodging is not just for humans as almost 2 million Mexican free-tailed bats have made their home in the capitol city. In fact, the Congress Avenue Bridge is where you can see most of these bats, which is quite close to many Austin vacation rentals. Every evening, at dusk, the bats are active (usually from March to November).
