"This Hill Country Home is the perfect place to be for a visit to the San Antonio area. After a day in the hustle and bustle of San Antonio and Sea World it was just relaxing to sit back and enjoy this peaceful home. The home is very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed viewing the deer and black buck grazing in the back yard and we certainly slept good. I enjoyed my stay so much that I was not ready to leave. I highly recommend this wonderful home."

"Couldn't have worked out any better. Large family of 6 stayed here for a bit over 2 months, and we loved it. Close to downtown area, walked everywhere, and great central location for exploring the Hill Country. Will book it again if we are looking for another great Hill Country Summer."

Daughter's Wedding, family social gathering, home away
"Jay rented us two condominiums for the family and wedding party. It was everything we could ask for in accommodations for the elderly to the 18 month old. We had plenty of space to entertain family and friends, and a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the view and quiet from the balcony. Guests had access to the hotel resturant, bar, pools, and golf course. No one was bored, and had not in each others way. Thank you Jay. It made the wedding special. I will highly recommend the Trophy Properties to my friends."

"I stayed for a month and could not have been more pleased. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by a half dozen deer in the yard, I could tell that the Casita was everything I wanted and more. The property is very secluded and safe. I stayed by myself some week days and was joined by family and friends every weekend. Everyone that came thoroughly enjoyed the home and experience of being in the Hill Country. The home is equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay for an extended visit. We spent many evenings sitting on the expansive porch enjoying the deer and the stars and the local wines. I walked the road with my dog every day and was warmly greeted by neighbors. Lise and Ron were available but not intrusive. Boerne itself is a wonderful little town. There are many nice shops and lots of very good restaurants, many more than you would expect to find in a small town. Don't miss tubing on the Guadalupe, the Cave with No Name, Luckenbach when they have a band, and the local wineries. I saw deer, jackrabbits, turkey, a roadrunner, and a grey fox on the property. Happily, no snakes. We went to San Antonio one day and it is a very easy commute. We visited many of the small towns around Boerne, but didn't find any we would rather have stayed near (the house is 3 miles outside of town). Obviously I highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a country get-a-way!"
