  • Perfect!!!

"My family and I had a wonderful time! The unit is directly behind The Horseshoe Bay Resort and is an ideal place to stay if you are attending an event at the resort. It is located in a wonderful community and the view of the lake is spectacular!! We were in town for a wedding at Escondido Golf and Lake Club which was minutes from the Condo. I highly recommend eating at On the Rocks, which is a restaurant and bar a few miles down the road.. The prices are great and the food is awesome. The unit is well stocked and we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place. If we ever come back to the area, I would love to stay here again. Karen was very accommodating and and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of."

  • Fun Filled Getaway

"We had a group of 10 that needed a long weekend away from work and the real world. The pictures of the house do not serve it justice. The property and house were breathtaking. We spent the majority of the time utilizing the outdoor amenities. The pool was very refreshing from the heat. Sand Volleyball was the key to the trip. Let's just say we played volleyball longer than we slept (it's even lighted for nighttime play). Also, the outdoor kitchen was perfect. The owner of the home was so accommodating as well. The process was quick and painless and everything was laid out on a platter for us as guests. Everything we needed was either at the house or very close by. Long story short, we have a marvelous time and it was such a memorable trip. Bottom line, we could not have asked for a more accommodating owner and getaway. What a WONDERFUL vacation to start off the summer!!!"

  • The Greatest Place To Stay in Austin

"Whatever they say in the description of the property is 100% correct. We would recommend this property to our friends and family. You will not be far from downtown Austin, which is a wonderful place to visit. The owners, have books in the house that give you all the information about what to see and do while in Austin as well as for dining and music. The books also tell you about day trip outside of Austin, which we have done and enjoyed visits to some of the smaller towns and learning about their history. The Hill Country has so much history and now have become a mega for GREAT Texas Wine. You must go to The Story of Texas Museum. We spent three hours in the museum. Also, you must take a tour of the State Capital. This is a GREAT find and one that we will continue to book for our stay in Austin."

  • Hill Country Haven

"Comfy and Cozy are two adjectives that most apply here. Charming and clean cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Nearly every likely need is provided for. Leslie the owner is very easy to deal with and can be relied upon to stay in contact if needed, and to give space if not. The Kerrville-Ingram-Hunt area has many pleasant surprises, and is close to the tourist-friendly towns of Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, and Bourne. There are outdoor activities nearby as well, the Lazy Guadalupe River is just down the street, and nearby places to hike or ride horse, bike, motorcycle or car trip through some very picturesque countryside. And the Cities of San Antonio and Austin are an easy car ride away. Highly recommended."
