"The house was even cuter than the pictures and I loved the homey touches. The only negative I would give it is the upstairs bedroom in the Sunday house doesnt have a bedroom which makes it difficult for some people to stay in if they use the restroom in the middle of the night (since they would have to walk to the main house or wake their downstairs neighbors up). The pond with the dock was my favorite spot, such a quiet relaxing place to watch to sunset. We also enjoyed feeding the fish and chickens. The peach orchard was nice but I wish there weren't limitations due to the pesticides in use."

"This quaint bungalow is the perfect way to enjoy more of real Austin with outdoor spaces in an upscale neighborhood walking distance to downtown and even closer to where you want to be for nightlife in SoCo. There is a beautiful park with a creek close by that has an outdoor free pool. House has wifi and kitchen...everything you need for a great stay in Austin! Would definitely stay here again! The owner was great to work with and so helpful!!"

"We stayed at this house during our regional baseball tournament. The house was awesome and Mr. Robert was great to deal with at all times. A great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We hope to rent again next year if we can get back to regional s. I can't say enough about how accommodating Mr. Robert is during all aspects of our journey."

"We had a great family vacation at this lakehouse over the July 4th weekend. The best part about this place is the absolutely perfect lake access. The house is on what appeared to be a man made inlet that was essentially open water because of it's width. It would have been nice for it to be a no wake zone, but the location deterred most fast boats and jet skis. The house was pretty much as advertised. I'd agree with another review that while it was clean, it's in need of a deep cleaning. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I'd recommend the owner invest just a bit of money to clean out & upgrade the mismatch kitchen supplies and the two A/C units in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. There also really needs to be a second A/C unit in the larger downstairs living/sleeping area. The unit in place struggled to keep things cool during the day. There were A LOT of warnings in the renters book about not turning the A/C down too low or the units would freeze up. Some attention and possible upgrades would correct these problems and make it a more comfortable stay for guests. Overall, however, we had a really wonderful time. And since the lakehouse is really all about that lake, we weren't disappointed in the least. The lake time was absolutely perfect. We'll be back again, for sure."
