"This condo was perfect for our family. The location on the lake was so nice. We brought our boat and docked it right outside the condo, and could just step in it when we were ready to go. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils, etc that we might need. Would recommend dropping boat and trailer off at lcrA park before going to condo. We hope to return again. Was a very relaxing weekend for the family!"

"Great place! Close to all the cool Austin landmarks. Close to downtown. We felt like we were out in the country, on the lake. Neat neighborhood, nice people, big yard and lots of nature. We paddle boarded, kayaked, fished and relaxed. We fed swans and geese. The property is nice, well maintained and had everything we needed. Not junky like some places. Awesome bed, TV and Internet worked great. Owners were accommodating and helpful."

"We had a roommate reunion and the house suited us wonderfully. The newly-remodeled kitchen and the new back deck were fabulous, and the view couldn't be beat. Everything we needed was provided. Would recommend that listing information include that bedrooms and one bath are "shotgun" style, i.e. you have to walk through 2 bedrooms and a bath to get to bedroom 3. It worked for us, but might not for all groups. And for older people or those with mobility issues, even though the house is one story, be aware adjoining rooms are often one step up or down. We hope to return; the overall experience was delightful."

"My husband and I stayed at this cozy place for a weekend. We were there to visit our son who goes to UT. Everything we wanted was available. There was even a nice selection of wine you could purchase which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again."
