  • 4 night stay in Hill Country

"The location is great. The cabin has plenty of room. The fire pit is awesome. The burn ban is off and there are no trees close by so the fire can be made nice and big. The heat in the cabin didn't distribute evenly. The kids were warm upstairs but the downstairs was quite chilly. Be prepared to bring any food items you need. There are no condiments at all, including oil or salt and pepper. There is no cell service (Verizon) which was more than OK with us. The cabin is super close to Garner SP and less than 30 minutes from Lost Maples SP. Billy Bobs liquor store in Leakey has a descent beer selection. Overall we had a great time."

  • Awesome !

"We stayed 2 nights at this condo & loved it! Condo was well stocked with everything and close to restaurants & tube outfitters. Only complaint would be, very misleading about direct river access, the water is stagnant in this area for a tube, paddle board would be ok, but not to sit in for a float. Plenty of tube places to drive to though! Close to many attractions!!! Pools with hot tubs were amazing also. Very relaxing trip. Thanks Cathy for all your help to book."

  • Great Family Vacation Getaway for the Holidays

"The layout was perfect for our Thanksgiving Dinner for 19 guests. The kitchen was well equipped to handle all the cooking tasks. The home had room and privacy for four(4) couples and a single guest. The rooms were cozy and welcoming. I thought one of the best aspects was the location - we were able to take day trips to Austin, San Antonio, Johnson City (I also recommend the tour of the Garrison Brothers Distillery) and Marble Falls. All of us new Texas found the Hill Country very beautiful in November and temperature was cool and comfortable -- the large deck area was great for socializing and taking in the view of the lake. The property really contributed to our holiday being a success for our entire family. I would use this vacation rental again."

  • Small but perfect house on the river

"The owner helped us reserve the property the day before we decided to come. Everything was taken care of when we arrived and the house was just as described. One room has two queen beds so great for friends! It was one of the best weekday prices we could find directly on the river. I recommend for a relaxed time with family or friends and we would definitely return!"
