Would make a fantastic college apartment
"This is a partially remodeled older duplex 1 mile from Zilker Park. It was a good location to enjoy ACL though there are closer locations. The house was cute. It was remodeled with granite countertops and contemporary tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The floor looks original but refinished nicely. The fenced backyard would be good if you bring a dog. There was a nice backyard hangout area with an industrial public park-type grill and some logs cut with a chainsaw to form seating for six. The owner was responsive and accommodating. There was some beer and wine left from the last people there which I thought was cool. These places usually throw that stuff away. The neighborhood is REALLY expensive. The electronic door lock was east to figure out and to use. Negatives: The sheetrock walls look original and had recent paint but could use replacing. There's no tv in the bedroom. The house is one of the least fancy in this expensive neighborhood."

"My wife and I celebrated our 10th Anniversary in Fredericksburg and stayed at Firefly. It was a terrific place: quiet, close to Main Street, and clean. I would recommend staying at this cottage for a visit to this wonderful city. Pat, the owner, is great to work with - made it so easy. We will be back to enjoy another few days hopefully soon."

"We had a company retreat, and the Moriah is perfectly designed for medium and large groups. The kitchen was set up beautifully, so we were able to have team building events around food. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Make sure you get good directions because a few people were lost and the owners had to help us explain how to get to the property. Also, they don't have wifi, but we were able to use a hotspot through our phones. Again, this was a great property, and the owner's went above and beyond making us feel comfortable and taking care of any questions we had. They were on the phone with one of our guests for 10 minutes helping them find the location since their maps took them somewhere else. Great people!"
