  • Great vacation rental

"We just returned from this lovely vacation home and had a wonderful time. We loved this peaceful place that is only 15 minutes from Marble Falls and about 60 miles from Austin. During the week the lake is awesome -- hardly any boats. We enjoyed feeding the deer and playing in the water. The waterway is narrow, but widens by the dock, so easy to maneuver in and out. Hosts don't bother you but are helpful if you need them. My only negative is, if you really plan to cook, bring your own cutlery knives and pans, as the non-stick pans have no t-fal in them, and the knives leave much to be desired. Beds are comfortable and the place is very large. Really enjoyed the house!"

  • Wonderful vacation and family time

"Had a wonderful time with my family at this property. The house is well stocked with all the amenities that you could need for cooking and relaxing. Property is located on the deep water section of the Colorado river with a wonderful 2 story dock/deck with boat and jet ski lifts with easy access to the Llano river and Lake LBJ. The house is a little older but very well kept, with a nice yard, view and dock and a great place to relax, enjoy the views and the river. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some family time together or just as good for couples on the river and surrounding areas."

  • Very Clean Cute little place.

"Clean and cute! The Outside sitting area is really nice! Owner changed hands during my process. The new owner was great. (as was the previous owner). Good communication."

  • Great Experience!

"What a great experience. The property is located on a protected cove, but you still have great views of the lake. Our teenage children enjoyed their own space downstairs. Everything is well maintained and very clean. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Easy access to a nearby boat ramp and less than 10 minutes to the grocery store and restaurants in Kingsland."
