"We had a great time. Easy to get to both by water and land. Nice neighborhood to walk in. House was clean and in good working condition. Everything was well stocked and easy to use. The kayaks were great. There was lots of seating. We had a great time. The property owner was great to work with. The only negative was that the decks could use a little maintenance."

"We had a great family vacation at this lakehouse over the July 4th weekend. The best part about this place is the absolutely perfect lake access. The house is on what appeared to be a man made inlet that was essentially open water because of it's width. It would have been nice for it to be a no wake zone, but the location deterred most fast boats and jet skis. The house was pretty much as advertised. I'd agree with another review that while it was clean, it's in need of a deep cleaning. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I'd recommend the owner invest just a bit of money to clean out & upgrade the mismatch kitchen supplies and the two A/C units in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. There also really needs to be a second A/C unit in the larger downstairs living/sleeping area. The unit in place struggled to keep things cool during the day. There were A LOT of warnings in the renters book about not turning the A/C down too low or the units would freeze up. Some attention and possible upgrades would correct these problems and make it a more comfortable stay for guests. Overall, however, we had a really wonderful time. And since the lakehouse is really all about that lake, we weren't disappointed in the least. The lake time was absolutely perfect. We'll be back again, for sure."

"Great communication from the property manager, clean house, BEAUTIFUL backyard. My favorite thing about this house is the yard. We were not bothered by bugs at all which is uncommon for a lake house. The owners have invested in an expensive repellent system that works. Stay to the right when leaving the house out of the cove and you will avoid the shallow water. Also stay close to the launch ramp when launching to avoid the shallows. Once you learn the route through the cove it is perfect, and the water is nice and calm by the house so no worries about boat damage. Overall this was a great stay for my birthday. Thank you!"

"What a wonderful property. So peaceful with beautiful views of the lake. No matter if you want to sit on the porch swing and watch the sunset, play games in the large yard, sit on the upper deck and enjoy watching all the water activities, cook dinner on the gas grill.. this house has everything. We have a 20' boat and had no problems tying boat up to dock especially with the quiet no wake area. There were 8 adults and plenty of room for all. Be sure to take pictures on the tire swing with lake view behind you. We plan to return."
