  • Breathtaking Condo exceeds our expectations

"We stayed at this condo for a wedding that took place in Austin. Austin is a short 45 minute drive away so it was very convenient. The unit was comfortable and well-appointed in every way, and the balcony overlooking the lake was covered and was difficult to leave for our daily activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the hotel and yacht club were conveniently located and we walked to both on a daily basis. It was extremely fun to tour the bluebonnet trail, Fredericksburg, strawberry farm and many other local attractions. We definitely plan to be back and stay in Happy Hours as soon as we can."

  • Great getaway! Fantastic location!

"This place had it all. Excellent views, lots of room and we could bring our great dane. It is exceedingly hard to find a place that will allow dogs much less a 125 lb. great dane. So, my wife and I and our dog Suzy had a wonderful time at this place. The flowing water from the Inks Lake dam every day was a welcome surprise! It made the water so much cooler and cleaner! I wish we could have stayed longer. It was really relaxing."

  • Fantastic house-you won't be disappointed

"The pictures do not do this gorgeous house justice. It greatly exceeded my expectations. Fully stocked with all the pots pans utensils and dinnerware you could ever need. And wow- TONS of towels. Just bring your tennis shoes as well as your river shoes because you will won't to explore every corner of this picturesque property and there is a lot of it. They provide kayaks - which we all made use of - but bring your water mattress or "beach chairs" You can float and relax or sit on your beach chair while the kids run around you splashing and playing... The depth of the water is perfect for the adults and the kids... 2-4 feet while we were . No worries- just a peaceful, relaxing day at the river! Thanks for sharing your home with us. We all really enjoyed our weekend!"

  • Great Family Getwaway!!

"This home was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 children in our group. The house has plenty of room and the little extras like floats and life jackets for our use was awesome. We brought our own groceries and cooked all our meals here. The kitchen was very well equipped. We brought our own boat and tied up to the dock at night which worked just fine. The boat house is awesome and our 6 yr old grandson wore himself out jumping from the top story! The parking is very limited here but there is an empty lot near by to park trailers and extra vehicles. Will probably be making this a yearly tradition since everyone so enjoyed themselves. Thanks for sharing your home!"
