  • Great accommodation close to resort and yatch club

"Connie was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any questions prior to and during our stay. The condo has very large "living areas" and both the master suite beds were extremely comfortable. The closet in both bedrooms were large enough to be bedrooms! The patio has a great pass through window and ledge into the kitchen which made cooking outside easy! There is plenty of parking for large trucks and boats. The condo location is within walking distance to the resort, in fact there is a field in between the condo location and the resort that made it easy for the kids to use! There is plenty of wildlife and deer for viewing, a great area to run/walk and a peaceful location to relax on the patio in the evenings. It's also less than five minute drive to the yatch club pool and marina! I would work with Connie again and plan to stay here again for future HSB adventures!"

  • Wonderful home in perfect location!

"This VRBO rental has everything you need for a wonderful vacation experience. Nice quality furnishings, dinnerware, glassware, electronics, all the way to the Weber grill on a comfortable deck. Even the books in the library were impressive titles. The location on a quiet street with nice trees and an exceptional view of Lake LBJ is perfect. The community is friendly and walk-able. Brenda, the property manager, was friendly and responded quickly to any concerns. I would highly recommend this Hill Country home."

  • IMMACULATE

"This wonderful lake house was as clean as possible. The cleaning fee is well worth it. Even the lawn is manicured to perfection. We stayed for a portion of spring break, and since Texas weather is so unpredictable, we chose this location for the screened in porch so we could enjoy the view of the lake even if the weather didn't cooperate. It rained most of our trip, but we so enjoyed it anyway thanks to this lake house. The view from the living/dining/kitchen is wonderful of the lake thanks to huge windows all along the back of the house. The screened in porch was a perfect hangout for us to play ping pong and have coffee while the rain fell. The boat house was cleaner and more durable than any nearby. It provided us a sheltered area to fish while it rained. We will stay here again for sure. PERFECT."

85 Miles of Fun and Sun

This is where visitors will find Longhorn Cavern, where thousands of years of river water have created a spectacular natural wonder. Here, visitors may be lucky enough to find a fossil of Ice Age mammals that once lived in the cavern or relics from its first human inhabitants, the Comanche Indians. During the Civil War, the cavern was used by the confederates to manufacture gunpowder. Local legend has it that the famous Texas outlaw, Sam Bass, also used this place as a hideout! Be warned, the cavern is said to be haunted! So much so, that brave visitors may choose to accompany one of the ghost hunts held here.
