"What a really great time we had at Casa Rio Visit for a long weekend with family and friends. MaryAnn the housekeeper / Manager meet us at the home with the keys and showed us around. The home and property we found to be very nice and just has you see in the photo's, even better in person. The furnishing are first class compared to other homes we have rented in the past and the home was clean and very well equipped to our group of twelve's stratification. The playground was wonderful for my 3 year old and the other kids to play on and they also had bikes and balls to use and even a tennis court but we never had time to use it. Very nice view of the river just below and some of our group went fishing or hiked along the water. The pool was a big hit for everyone to relax by and plenty of nice tables and chairs. They had a nice gas grill and what looked to be a fairly new wood smoker that we put to good use. Lots of fun things to do in the area if you have time but really we could just stay on the property all the time and been very happy. We had one small problem with a TV going out but the owner was very quick to respond and fix. I would say the home really lack nothing we or most people would need to be happy and have good time. The big problem was that we had to leave way to quick to go back home but we are already planning our next trip back in the Spring or Summer!"

"We stayed at this cabin in early Nov and besides the bad weather, it was perfect. The pictures just don't do it justice. We were surrounded by Texas wildlife and an incredible view. L.C. and Mallonee where the perfect hosts. We cant wait to get back in the spring time."

"This is such a wonderful little lake house with an outstanding view. The house is very welcoming and very well stocked with everything you would need and wouldn't think of. There are so many little details that I love about this place. From the dishes, the bedding, the books and games to the thought that was put into decorating with a classic country flare. The pathway through the trees was very pretty and adventurous, accented with a couple of benches and a table and chairs along the way. Perfect for sipping on a cup of tea, while reading a book enjoying the the peaceful sounds of the morning with deer frolicking through the trees. Or relaxing after a day of boating on the lake, zip lining, or cliff diving at Krause Sptings, with a gorgeous view of the sunset. The nearby town is very quaint and the scenery is beautiful with very friendly people. We had dinner at one of the restaurants called the Oasis, which is worth the wait! We will be making this a regular visit with our family and have already recommended it to family and friends."

"We had a group of 8 women stay at this house and it was wonderful. The house is clean and extremely well equipped. We did have some problems with the media room, but the property managers were very responsive to our needs. The only issue we had was with the lighting in the bathrooms. It is pretty low which makes for difficulty when applying make-up, etc. The sunrises in the morning were spectacular and we had a wonderful time there.
