"My husband and I rented Farr Side and Moriah for our wedding on November 7, 2015. Our wedding was very small (about 25 guests) so we all stayed on the property Thursday- Sunday. It just could not been a more perfect outcome. The property is so unique, well maintained, and relaxing. We cooked on site all weekend and had plenty of kitchen space to do so between the two kitchens. Our families were so blown away and everyone had a wonderful time. Also, the owners were such a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be renting these properties again in the future. Thank you Anderson and Farr families for making your special place available to us and giving us the perfect weekend and wedding day!"

"I was charged with finding a house that was suitable for a company leadership meeting that would give everyone their own room. When I found this house here on HomeAway I was very excited since most homes don't have more than 6-7 bedrooms. I live about 5 minutes from where the house is located and even I was blown away with the view and location. The house had everything as advertised in the listing. This house exceeded all expectations and my colleagues that came in from all across the country still can't stop talking about how awesome this house was. We are already trying to figure out how we can come back in the summer for another meeting. Tony and Summer were great to work with and always very responsive anytime we needed something. This would be a perfect house for everything from a company meeting to family reunions or vacations."

"We wanted a special, secluded weekend getaway on the lake. The other reviews are dead-on. It's an amazing home that is clean and cared for, that feels full of love and warmth. Parking on the street reveals only an address sign. As you start to go down the little path, the house comes into view. Not sure when it was built but has great lines, reminiscent of late 70's architecture. At the end of the path, a wood bridge escorts you to the front door. Then you enter a thoughtfully furnished rustic retreat. The blinds can all be opened filling the house with light. Wood tiled ceilings bring the outside in and make the space feel cozy. The balance and harmony of the house and the spaces made me wonder if the owner was some type of designer. Per the other reviews, everything was supplied - clean towels and sheets, a respectable kitchen, and a view to go crazy for. It actually rained the entire time we were there, but we were able to open up all the blinds and watch the rain replenishing the cove. It did stop long enough to sit out on the deck for a while in the evening. But with a comfortable bed and the sound of the rain falling, we had an amazing sleep. The owner was fantastic, available for questions and information, but allowing total privacy.
Will definitely have to get back - want to get in on that sunset view next time! It was only my husband and I but it would be a nice place for two or three children as well. Would definitely make a nice family getaway."
