  • Great time!

"Wanted to check out the town of Wimberley and we love to take our four legged children. We found Abundance Retreat and loved it! The accommodations are wonderful, they worked hard to make you feel at home. Also, very close to shops and restaurants for convenience but still feeling remote. Again, great time."

  • AMAZING RELAXING EXPERIENCE!!!

"Beautiful location and scenery. I went in a group of 12 people and we had a really wonderful experience. The cabin was so clean and really accommodating. If given the opportunity again, we would love to come back!!!"

  • One. Spectacular. Property.

"I still can't believe this place exists. I've lived and worked and camped all across the hill country all my life and there is no other place like this one. When you rent the cabin you get access to 700 acres to explore and there is so much to see. There are hiking trails, off road trails, caves, natural springs bubbling up out of the ground, campsites, lookouts, canyons, scavenger hunting maps, tree maps, shooting ranges. The owners have spent 19 years grooming this property and it shows. The pasture we stayed in had been transformed over the past 15 years into a flowing grassland. On our nature tour Phil taught us about rangeland management, local native american history, the 27 species of trees on the ranch, water conservation. Everything was first rate - everything we needed was provided to us. The owner is a novelist and much of his recent book talks about the ranch and the rich stories that have taken place there. It's a truly unique experience. You are 10 minutes from town but 1000 miles from stress. What an unbelievable property."
