  • Love this house and sandbar! So pet friendly

"This is the best house to relax with quiet surroundings. We loved the sandbar where we all could float and swim including our dog. The house was very clean and well maintained. Everything was in working order and no need to bring anything other than our food, clothes and bath items. The best part was when the storm came through one night, the owner texted me to check and make sure we were okay. She was very responsive and nice. I highly recommend this for families, pet owners, teens, couples, boaters, swimmers, those who like to kayak and canoe. We had several games of football, volleyball and relay races in the lush, green backyard. If you are from Texas, you know this is a treat to step barefoot on green grass with no "picky's" or red ants. World Cup soccer was on in the afternoon (nice TV) and the people we met who also use the sandbar where very nice. Great, current materials for travel and events in the area of Highlands Lakes in the house. Even had a Kuerig! Thank you for providing laundry soap and bleach since we forgot it.You will love this house!!"

  • Great Family Getwaway!!

"This home was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 children in our group. The house has plenty of room and the little extras like floats and life jackets for our use was awesome. We brought our own groceries and cooked all our meals here. The kitchen was very well equipped. We brought our own boat and tied up to the dock at night which worked just fine. The boat house is awesome and our 6 yr old grandson wore himself out jumping from the top story! The parking is very limited here but there is an empty lot near by to park trailers and extra vehicles. Will probably be making this a yearly tradition since everyone so enjoyed themselves. Thanks for sharing your home!"

"The interior of the property was so much better than expected. The pictures really didn't do it justice. My group and I felt right at home."

Elegance is Yours With Medina Lake Vacation Houses

You can swim, hike, and scale limestone cliffs. You can search the depths of the lake. You can sail into the proverbial sunset. It's all the wonderful activities you could expect, but with none of the disadvantages. Being in nature doesn't mean you have to forget the amenities. You can have your fun and then have your ease. Let yourself spend hours playing along the coast, and then return to a home you will relish. This is not just a place to sleep. This is a place to live.

Texas Hill Country Lodging: Simply Sensible

Your family all speak of "roughing it." They believe themselves explorers, bold and willing. But you know better: they will be miserable in the campgrounds, lamenting every bird call, every shiver of a tree. They like their modern conveniences, and you like being able to provide them. With Medina Lake vacation rentals, you can offer not only excitement but practicality. There can be no regretting mornings on the waves, chasing walleyed fish, or afternoons searching the surrounding forestry. Save the adventures for the park. Keep the comforts for your lodging. Your family will thank you.
